Looking at your order history we can see that you've had items missing or damaged which has occurred whilst in transit with a courier. Wherever possible, we despatch on our own fleet to avoid this but unfortunately it's not always possible - we appreciate your business and would love the opportunity to get it right.

My order arrived damaged and I was made to feel as it was my fault ,it was angle beads I received with many of them bent and I was told they would not be refunded as I had damaged the cardboard box they had been delivered in which had clearly dissolved in the rain ,I had to take the time to check every bead from the order as I had four boxes which all had damaged beads amongst them and was told I must send pics by the following day so I was forced to take a half day at work in order to do this ,all in all I’m not over impressed

When you reported the issue 5 days after taking delivery, our customer service team informed you that we'd be happy to credit any damaged items. Like any retailer, we would obviously need to see proof of the damages before we processed the credit.

Iv been dealing with Prestige Building Supplies for 18+ months now and got to be 1 of the friendliest, reliable merchants out there.
From there sales team to delivery is 2nd to none
1 of the main reasons I keep coming back is Mo on the sales team. Cheeky, cheery guy that’ll do anything for you. He’ll listen, explain clearly and bend over backwards to help you out, definitely someone you want to deal with 😁
Between Prestige and Mo it’s a well oiled machine, 5 ⭐️ all the way, highly recommended

Fantastic service
Very easy to talk too, can basically order anything I need or even as many as required! Can always get what I want and delivery is free and quite quick, really good period of time for making payments too.
