Payment wouldn’t go through bank transfer couldn’t verify the account when the goods turned up chamber risers and all manhole sections like they come out of a Christmas cracker do cheaply made in fact two of the bases where cracked still waiting for the out come on a slightly better not the pipe seems ok

Very poor. Order was supposed to be in 2 day…
Order was supposed to be in 2 day delivery. Half the order turned up after 5 days then the remainder turned up 3 days after that. Some of the bends and pipe wasn’t delivered. I was told it would be taken off my invoice. Received invoice with missing stuff still on it and they had also failed to take off the £1000 deposit I had paid. All in all a very poor show from a company I would have spent around £10,000 a year with.

Order & delivery
I’m a builder in Wales, I’ve had a good working relationship with Shaun Taws in particular. I try and buy in bulk 2 or 3 times a year.
From order to delivery is very good

I was given a date for delivery but…
I was given a date for delivery but unfortunately this date passed and I had to call to obtain a new one. Then when it did arrive we had two items instead of three which meant another call to find it was to be delivered 30 minutes later. On the positive side it was all good.

While we operate our own delivery fleet, we sometimes outsource to third party couriers due to various factors including geography, demand, order sizes etc. In this case, your order was split between two couriers (one carrier won't ship lengths of bead) in order for us to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Going forward we recognise that in circumstances such as these, we need to improve our customer communication. Thanks for your feedback.

This company has falsely invoiced me…
This company has falsely invoiced me for products my company never ordered. I have replied to the threats but no reply. I was urge anyone to stay away and block any of the many numbers they use.
To date they have ignored my return emails.
In fairness they have now rectified the errors made. However the below statement is not a true reflection of events.

Before despatch, all customers are sent email order confirmations and at least 2 notifications of their forthcoming delivery.
You refused to accept delivery of the order to our driver, who returned the goods to our depot. We then made several unsuccessful attempts to call you, leaving voicemails, in order to allow us to clarify the situation and raise a credit note for the invoice which is raised by our systems, automatically, at the point in which the order is despatched.
Emails from you have been filtered by our IT security system and were consequently not received by us.
