Stephen arrived at time we agreed and was very helpful explaining what he was trying to do! He is very knowledgeable on all things computing wise. I wouldn't hesitate in calling him again if I had any computer issues.

Needed a laptop rebuilding after I forgot my password. Steve could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable, even to the point of delivering my lap top back to my home. Great service and at a good price. Highly recommended to all.

I asked for assistance in setting up my new iPhone and transferring data from the old phone to the new one. Extremely satisfied with PC Kings. The problem with our iMac computer was quickly diagnosed, corrected (new HD), and returned. Steven resolved a problem I've had for a few months. I was unable to sync my Laptop with my new mobile phone. Despite lengthy fone calls with Ink Suppliers.Also others who simply couldn't assist.
He managed to connect my router,to my wireless printer. Also merged emails on laptop with mobile. I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend him.

Steve offers a very professional and friendly service. We had him adjust and merge two existing profiles on my teenager’s computer and laptop, as well as transferring files so she didn’t lose anything and properly set up the parental administrator with safety and security measures in place. I will no doubt use Steve again for all our computer/digital issues.

Contacted Steve at PCKings as my cooler was over heating. I bought my own parts, cooler, some additional fans and Steve fitted all my parts and cleaned the entire inside of my PC within a few hours for an excellent price.

My laptop was almost impossible to use, slow, programmes wouldn't work if anything else was open. PC Kings managed to fit me in the same day to diagnose it. Then after discussing options, they fixed it working around my awkward schedule. Fast, efficient, good pricing, polite, able to give me specs and info in a way I understood what needed to happen. Lots of different ways to pay so it was easy at the end too. Covid precautions taken as necessary.

Steve is a genuine honest guy. Explained everything and kept us updated all the way through.
