Great local business, professional and prompt service.

Highly recommended couldn't fault the service .

I found Steve via the internet. I needed help !! and Steve kindly called round the next day to take a look for me. (excellent service).
I needed a new router installing and in short ... I had cocked things up by resetting it ! .. and lost my internet connection.
Steve found the issue immediately and after organising retrieving the necessary information from my provider... I was soon up and running and back online. This man is a wizard. Not only did Steve sort this for me without breaking sweat ... he very kindly gave my PC a severe looking at and a tune up. Years of accumulated programs via my click happy downloading and additional "software updates" that were no longer in use or even needed. He managed to free up 7 gig of space for me. I cant speak high enough of the service I received from Steve .. a great guy .. an absolute pleasure to meet and to do business with .... and very patient with me and my questions. Steve gave me lots of advice for specific programs to download to help my set up for my uses and nothing was too much trouble for him. All at a great price that didn't make my eyes water !

Steven of PC Kings has just set up my new PC. He transferred all the data from my old device, and when an outdated program caused damage to Windows, he identified the cause of the problem and remedied it. He used a home visit and remote session to achieve that and texted me later to ensure that my new computer was running efficiently & that I was happy with the result.

Additionally, he removed an annoying error message that kept appearing on my iPhone.

In summary, Steven provides an excellent service at a reasonable rate, without the need to disconnect your device, leave it at a computer store for several days just to be charged a fortune and then take it home and have to put all the cables back.

Absolutely 1st class service from Steve at PC Kings. Set up a wifi booster system, which greatly improved the signal. Extremely polite and courteous. I would 100% recommend this guy, also the cost was very reasonable.

Steven was extremely helpful, reliable and knowledgeable. The help and support provide was one of the best experiences provided from a technical company. Highly recommend using this company. It is also very rare to have find a company that will come and do home visits and this was just what we needed and all issues resolved the same day.

Steven is very responsive and also got to the bottom of my laptop's issue, which was a complex one. For an additional cost, he also offered to improve the speed of my laptop which has made a big difference to its use. Very satisfied with the service from PC Kings

A computer which wouldn't stay on for more than a fraction of a second has,like Lazarus, been miraculously resurrected. A failed memory module and a couple of dodgy fans were the problem and I fully expected it not to be repairable. Since Steve started working on my computer, it's actually better than when I bought it new. It's now housing superior components compared to those used in fabrication and the performance of the system is showing a marked improvement. The price for this little miracle was absolutely a bargain, a newly reborn pc for less than seventy pounds. With the work done on the system I bought to replace Lazarus, I now have two quality machines for under a ton. Top quality work and unbeatable value for money, I can't recommend him highly enough. Delighted with the service.

I spoke with Steve about my laptop storage. He gave great advice and installed larger storage at very reasonable price.
I also had a problem with my storage unit which I bought from currys. I used it once to download photographs and videos which I had made over numerous years.
Currys advice was to delete all the data and start again.
Steve advised he could attempt to recover the data which he did much to my relief. He also had the recovered data loaded onto a 2 tb portable storage. All done at reasonable cost.

Local expertise and very good pc service.

Had to order a part, so visited twice. Installed and commissioned a new cd-rom and optimised my system. For the time spent on the job and the impact on my computer, he could reasonably have charged twice what he asked for. Very happy with the service provided, any issues in future and Steve'll be first person called.

Steve sorted out the problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the result.
