Microsoft expired after 30 days. Said the license product number was already in use. Called for support..no help from them.

I'm a repeat customer for purchasing software. I did encounter an error message as I tried to activate it, but their customer service was able to resolve it within a few minutes. I've been using my previous software purchase for 3 years with no problem, and an updated version for my new computer is working fine.

Often when you use on line software purchasing it’s a gamble weather you get support for any problems. And online software and problems go hand-in-hand. I was pleasantly surprised that when running into the inevitable problems I was not only able to quickly get help with only a short wait on hold, but it was with a human, which I could easily understand and at 6:40PM on a Friday night…Their Time. Customer orientated serves is not dead.

Your tech support to get the program installed and activated.

I signed up for the Office 2021 Professional Plus Lifetime valid license. Never received the product. I emailed you requesting information on why I had not received the product but you have not replied. I have cancelled payment. Very poor service.

Windows 11 Key did not work. Would not work for phone either.

Prompt and courteous help in resolving the activation problem I had

A couple of days ago I wrote telling you what went wrong. No reply. Still can not load windows 10. I now have a good windows 7 64gig installed. Still will not install your windows 10. Can you help? Do you want to help?

It was easy using ur website to buy the downloadable software, but the key provided was not accepted my Microsoft. Error message said too many users had exhausted allowed useage.
Had to go back and was able to manually add 60+ codes onto Microsoft site and it worked. Plz. verify.

Purchased MS Office software. Clear instructions for download, install, and license were not given. I had to request all of these. After getting a message that the license code was not valid I had to go through Microsoft to input the information. I did get a message from them the license was valid. I am hoping I do not have further issues.

Having trouble downloading the software. Probably the operator! Contacted support today but haven’t heard from them yet.

I had an initial problem with using a Windows 10 Pro Key. I was given written instructions and the problem was solved. Will buy from PcMasters Shop again.

Downloading software and installing worked well.
Also used the virtual assistant and answered my questions.
