Excellent service! Hazim was very efficient at installing new SSD and Windows 10.. PC works a treat!

The engineer who came to my address in London was more than excellent - he was a highly educated and Civilised gentleman with great integrity who went out of his way to ensure that the repairs he had carried out on my Computer worked faultlessly and even came a second time to ensure that a minor problem was cleared up on a Sunday free of charge . This what I call real Customer Service and I thoroughly recommend his Company PCrepair2000 .

Friendly, highly competent technician who managed to rectify an interface problem between my printer and laptop. Explained everything succinctly and helpfully. I would recommend this company to Hounslow residents

I called on a Sunday and had a very prompt reply. The engineer came on the Monday to Ruislip, and repaired my computer in a couple of days. Excellent service, recommended. Thank you.

I did not realise that I would be able to get computer support in Harpenden but PCrepair2000 came out the next day and fixed my gaming computer upgrade. The engineer was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience. The engineer had a lot of difficulties to tackle owing to the lack of appropriate information on the product being installed. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The service was perfect - quick, efficient and competent. The engineer I saw was exceptionally polite and diligent; I required a replacement for a HDD and it was done within two days. The engineer also noted that the hinge on my laptop was faulty and repaired this for no additional fees. Truly, they cannot be recommended highly enough.

I found the service prompt and efficient, solving the problem in quick time. The PC was collected and returned with the fault diagnosed and remedied in just over a day. It was explained what had happened and what to look out for. Definitely value for money and I'd certainly use them again.

I had a sudden 3F0 hard drive issue with my laptop and I needed to get it fixed asap as I am currently working from home (like most of us nowadays).

I called them and within few hours they came to pick up the laptop (provided me with a free courtesy laptop for the time being to use).

They were faster than I expected and returned my laptop the next day with a new Hard Drive as requested and a full cleaning on the ventilation!

My Laptop is now running very smooth, loving it!

I would definitely recommend them to my surrounding, a life savior during this COVID situation where all shops are closed !

I reported what seemed like a failure of the primary disk (SSD) in my desktop computer and arrangements were made to try and fix it at my home. Hazim arrived promptly and after various tests confirm it was almost certainly a disk failure. He took my computer back to his lab where bench tests confirmed the SSD had to be replaced. My computer was returned a week later with my 64 bit operating system loaded and working. Hazim stayed long enough to make sure connections to the internet and external devices were all operating to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with his excellent and professional service.

I found the help I received invaluable, introducing me to various operations that enhanced my usage of the computer. I had basic knowledge but was aware I could get more out of my computer. My help was given during the Covid period and all effort was made to make this interaction safe. All at a reasonable cost with reliable attendance when planned. To me that was important.
