Amazing service, so straight forward. i used to work in IT and this is nearly as economical as building your self but less stress and hassle. they were really good at communicating each stage, and believe me i kept checking where it was. so excited to get it. Works great. first time I've been able to play games on ultra!

All components are exactly as ordered, build quality is very good. Pc came well secured. Performance of the set is outstanding and I am very happy. Slightly dissapointed with audio ports on top of the case not working but it can ba a motherboard limitation. I highly recommend pcspecialist.

The website is helpful when it came to building my Desktop PC, a small work station. I reached out to their service team, and they provided recommendations that I took on board. They had a stock issue with the GPU but provided alternatives, same series and brand. They battle tested the machine and delivery was pretty quick (I'm in Ireland). My only complaint is one of the customer service reps had mentioned dual booting for my PC would not be an issue, and when I asked to confirm when someone else reached out about the GPU, I was told no. A little mix-up but installing Linux is no bother for me.
All around, very happy with the service and the product.

We recently configured and purchased a gaming PC from PC Specialist. The whole process was straightforward from initial configuring through to final order. Our order was fully tracked from start to finish and the PC was delivered on time in very safe and secure packaging

I'm very satisfied with my product and I very much enjoyed the shopping experience of selecting parts. The communication from the team was pretty good but a few delays made the experience slightly difficult. That being said once the pieces were together everything came together very quickly.

I ordered a PC from Ireland, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged in transit. Accidents happen, what really matters is how a company responds, and in this case, PC Specialist handled it brilliantly.

A special mention to Nowell, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I wasn’t sure how to return the damaged PC, and to make things trickier, I was heading off on a two-week holiday right after delivery. Nowell guided me through every step, arranged the return, and ensured that a replacement was delivered once I got back.

The new PC arrived in perfect condition and works flawlessly. I’m very happy with the purchase, and honestly, I don’t think I’d have managed the situation as calmly without Nowell’s support. You’ve definitely got a star employee there!

PC Specialist guys built my custom laptop in couple of days, good quality, fair price and quick delivery. If you want a PC or Laptop with special build / configuration and the best price on the market - I can recommend them for sure.

From all of the custom PC building websites I’ve visited, PCspecialist makes it the easiest.

You can customise your PC as much as you want. You can choose everything you want, every little part of the PC, how many fans you want, how much ram yadda yadda, and it even gives you different brands so you have enough choice. It even warns you if this or that will/wont work or if it is or isn’t compatible, something that 98% of the PC building websites I’ve visited have never done.

I 100% recommend PC Specialist if you’re considering or even beginning to look into buying a PC prebuilt.

My elimina pro laptop was made perfectly, no problems after gaming for a month. Staff were helpful when they had to change from a rush build of 1 day to normal build time because they were awaiting parts to be delivered. Overall very happy with their service.

Thoroughly satisfied with my custom build. This company keeps you fully informed at every stage of the process, to even giving you a preview image of your order including the cable management at the back of the case.
