We all know high street prices are too high but worry about buying from alternative sources but not anymore.

Packaging is great and they follow up with voice messages and advice that oozes professionalism. I ran stress tests as advised and the CPU is working great. I couldn’t be happier and with a 1 year warranty, what more could you ask?

Fantastic company, great communication and speedy delivery. The team at PC Tec UK were excellent and the customer service is exemplary! They even offered me some advice on my new PC build and tips for installation of my new CPU, which was a great touch and much appreciated. Ordered a new 9700x from PC Tec to move my (mainly gaming) system to AMD and away Intel, intended as an upgrade but also to escape potential Intel 13/14th Gen instability issues if kept on the same LGA1700 platform as before.

Service and communication from Safwaan has been great and fully deserving of the 5 stars. Kept me updated on order progress/delivery and showed genuine interest in how things were going with the PC build and offered advice. So hopefully this review gives someone confidence to order with PC Tec.

As for the 9700x, it’s certainly an upgrade from the i5 that was struggling to keep up with my GPU. Benefited from a few BIOS tweaks and Windows optimisations but is now properly purring along and stable. For my needs, I really want a consistent and responsive processor and the 9700x hits the mark. Plus, with now being on AM5 it gives the opportunity to upgrade to an X3D or Zen 6 later down the line. So probably not the last order I’ll place with this company.

Wonderful Service. The new processor was carefully packaged and arrived the next day. I was nervous, but popped it into the new motherboard really easily. The PC is so fast that now I can't get my son of it whilst he is playing games before school...

The prices are what pulled me in, but the experience has kept me as a customer!

Initially I was a bit sceptical as the prices were lower than other big name competitors. I did some research to make sure it wasn't a fake company before purchasing. Messages from Safwaan came through to update me on each stage of the dispatch and delivery process. I didn't expect this at all, and when the processor arrive, exactly as described (brand new and well packaged) I was delighted.

The customer service is superb! Everything came neatly and securely packaged, you get pictures and good communication with the seller.
My CPU arrived after only 1 day and you get tips and tricks on how to install your CPU from the seller, that helps a lot when you are a beginner builder.

Fantastic service!

Not only did the goods get delivered in time but I was kept upto date at every stage. The packaging was above and beyond, which gave me confidence with the integrity of the product. Then while I was building the PC, I was given help troubleshooting with parts that I had not bought through PC Tec. 1000% but recommend getting all you processor needs from here.
