Bought my Honor Magic 7 Pro on Boxing Day, due to all the holidays in between, the order took a week longer than the expected ship date stated to ship out. But the phone came in without issue and it worths the wait.

As a side note, Michael was very nice and being very patient to reply all my emails politely.

I placed an order for an iPhone 16 pro max Candian version on 17th November 2024, the order number is #2299. I paid 1700 US dollars and the website said it would be delivered in 30 work days. But I didn't receive it till I applied for a refund on 16th, January 2025. I asked them why, but their only reply was that it would be shipped next week. At last, they told me the customs was not releasing the package. That means they never know when it will be shipped and just lie to you to keep you waiting. I haven't gotten my refund yet, they try to wait till the case is auto-closed on Paypal.

My phone came just in time as my old one started to give up. Cannot thank you enough!

Even though my order shipped a week over max and no notification, I'd still recommend PDAPlaza. Concerning Emails were always answered promptly and with detail. Can't beat the deals offered here.
