I placed an order for a Xiaomi 15 on April 30th. The listing said that it would take 7 to 12 business days to be shipped. After 14 business days I messaged the PDA Plaza asking for an update and was told that the phone would ship at the end of the following week. After the following week I messaged again and was told once more that the phone would ship at the end of the following week. I reached out once more and was told that the phone would ship out this past Friday and that I would receive a tracking number. As you can probably guess, Friday came and went and I did not receive anything. There has been no further responses to my emails questioning the status of my delivery. I was forced to dispute the transaction with PayPal and get a refund. I essentially gave PDA Plaza a free loan of $850 for a month.

Product arrived in perfect condition however the shipping was delayed by about 1 week.

I recently purchased an Oppo Pen from PDA Plaza and had a fantastic experience. Communication was fast and clear throughout the process, and the item was shipped and delivered quickly with no issues at all.

The stylus arrived in perfect condition and worked exactly as expected. Best of all, it was offered at the most competitive price I could find anywhere online.

I've ordered N5 global with shipping from Eu to Eu (only 1pc with that offer was in stock). After one week, they've couldn't ship it, because as they've said, there is problem with shipping the batteries. Thousands of phones each day are shipped inside the EU without problem, but big company couldn't do it. Only plus is fast responses and return of the money. But I've wasted a week waiting for shipping and got stuck with nothing :/

I got the phone i wanted, so the site is not a scam. But they purposely put some of their phone on a for a good discount to bait you into their site. So if you can wait its a pretty good deal. Just have to hope they dont send you the wrong phone. They will take the maximun amount of time to ship the phone, so don't expect it earlier. Also when they start counting down the days to ship is a bit of a mystery. Ordered on Mar 16,2025, they told me April 23 was the 25 business days but I think its April 18th. I got the phone May 1.

I purchased 2 phones, but in these troubled times it took much more time to get them here than advertised. It's not PDAPlaza's fault but I had to insist to get a reliable delivery date. Communication is key and they always answered my mails. Anyways, products has arrived and I'm really happy !

There was a delay in shipping my phone so they gave me a $50 discount. Got the phone eventually and it's exactly as described. Thank you.

Email support is prompt and courteous. Although shipping the order took time due to supply chain issues, your staff took care to answer questions and set the right expectations. The delivery tracking via the Shop app and Express Post was very smooth.

It took a bit longer than expected to receive my Vivo X200 Pro but it's to be expected when it comes from China (and the slow down caused by Trump's stupid tarifs jamming up the supply chain).

The phone arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and PDA Plaza's service.

I want to thank the PDA Plaza team for helping me purchase my super Oppo Find N5! The entire process from payment to receiving the goods took exactly a month, which is not so bad and basically justifies the excitement about buying this device today. I received a timely response from the support service to all my questions about my order, for which I am grateful to them! I received a completely new sealed product with factory seals. Overall, I was very pleased with the contact with the PDA PLAZA team, I got what I wanted and this is important!

Great price, takes a bit of time to get to you but they tell you that ahead of time so its not a surprise.

Terrible service and terrible experience with phone warranty.
Absolutely no help from hainetess. No response from March to April 19. Only empty promises under warranty. I do not recommend contacting them. If something happens to your phone, they will not help in any way. What is stated on their website does not correspond to reality. Total disappointment.

Shipping was fast but the order took kinda long other then that it's all good

Delivery delays were not communicated automatically but I appreciated their courteous service and responses the few times I reached out to get updates. Received the product yesterday and am happy with it. Could be nice to offer local pickup. Reliable company.

I was able to easily move my contacts files and other data from my P40 Pro to my Mate 60. It took 10 minutes to get everything running using Phone Clone. Gspace works great with all my Google and Android apps. I've tried every make of cell phone from Blackberry to Iphone and Huawei is my best choice.

You get access to a lot of hard to get gear. Delivery can be slow, be patient it will be delivered. In the earlier stage it would be good to have a feedback on the order.

Have been a customer of PDA Plaza for years. Ever since I was interested in Xiaomi phones, they seemed to be the only company providing import services to Canada. I have since got almost all of my family members to buy Xiaomi phones from them exclusively. Allways great care and customer service no matter what the issue. Just recently upgraded to a Mix Flip that was "open box" allthough you would never have known it was used. Great on shipping times and a nice selection of products. Will be a customer in the future for sure!

The customer service and quick response time made my experience to great Milan promptly replied to my questions and adjusted my order from the Chinese version to the Global Version.
If only he could have made the whole process faster.
