Good tool to create and share our tour guides

Fantastic web app. I used it to transform and share all my company PDF, DOC and Powerpoint files as amazing looking flipbooks.

These are actually raw files, so you will need both the knowledge and access to locate your website’s FTP content. I was looking for an embed solution, but this does not meet my requirements. I emailed them, but never received a reply, even though they said they would respond within 24 hours.

Working really smoothly and excellent customer service. I like the possibility of loading unlimited files with one subscription. I did some minor adjustment to the settings of my server and now I can upload flipbooks in different folders and it works really well.

there's no software, it's a coding page that required third party hosting that the website failed to mention anywhere. Over promising advertising and failed to communicate or solving dissatisfaction of product. Will ghost you if you ask for refund

Upon purchase you will receive a text notepad with very vague instructions that 99% of people will not understand. The website failed to inform its customer what their product requires certain coding experience and how to add it into your site. If your website is on Wix or Squarespace and inquire for easier instructions, they will tell you that you will need a 3rd party web hosting service. If you are not comfortable with using a 3rd party hosting and request a refund. they will ghost you and take your money. Until they answer my request refund on day 1 of purchasing, this review will stay up.

I need to revise my rating of the pdf-flip product ("This company is scammy") because they issued a refund. It took some coaxing, but in the end they did the right thing.

Simple and on point. It can be used to create all sorts of flipbook projects from standalone to embeds and even bookshelves with a realistic look. I definitely recommend it!

Completely useless if you know nothing about coding. Besides that, it doesn’t work with the platform we use. I tried reaching out to the customer support several times, but they ignore my e-mails.

Luckily, we found another platform. My best advice is to stay away from PDF-flip.

Great marketing tool. Love the fact that it is a one time payment and not a subscription.

We bought this to present 7 of our company .pdf brochures as flipbooks.
The main advantage compared to other similar solutions is the fact that pdf-flip.com offer a single time payment and we can re-use it for multiple flipbooks.
We had used another provider a few years ago and we had to renew the license each year for all of our brochures and the total cost was ridiculous.
We offered 4 stars instead of 5 because the loading time for one of the brochures seems a bit slow .. this might also be because of our web server.

Many thanks to Theo for helping us integrate this program on our existing website. The support response time has been impressive. We had a bit of a struggle with a few settings but it end up perfectly. Thank you.

Not suitable for non-coding experts. The instructions are gibberish and do not create the PDF flip book you’ve paid for. Then the company goes to ground failing to respond to emails asking for a refund. Very shady business practices: they take your money for nothing.

The website does not adequately explain how their software works, and the instructions assume a high degree of technical expertise, which I do not have and didn't realise until I bought the product.

I requested highly simplified alternative instructions, but got essentially the same information back. At this point it became clear I could not use the product as it is entirely predicated on the use of my website, when my plans involved a third party platform.

This was explained clearly to PDF-Flip and they went quiet, failing to respond to my emails. Then I requested a refund and the silence become deafening. I am STILL seeking a refund, but their rudeness and unprofessionalism so far leave me with little hope.

If they prove me wrong and refund my money I will happily amend or delete this review. If no such update exists when you read this, assume the worst and steer well clear.
