It's a great app

It's a great app. Have been using it for a few years now - intuitive interface, easy to use. Needed to refresh the license after updating my computer system and the customer service was very responsive.

Rapid restoring of lost registration details

Very quick response

I had a problem with my software, which required me to re-enter my license key because I updated my operating system (Windows 11). I received an immediate response with the solution. I was able to reregister my product for free in a short time. Thank you to Ashley at FlipBuilder!

Ashley and team were brilliant!

Ashley and team - super service. A recent update resulted in the TOCs not rendering when using the Active template. Ashley responded to my issue immediately and arranged a patch to correct the problem within a day. Amazing customer service!

Very Responsive Support

The software is working fine for my use case. Furthermore I appreciate the responsiveness of the support.
Due to hardware change my license stop working. Within 24 hours the issue was fixed. The re-registration was taken care off by customer support.
