I've been using FlipBuilder for a few years now, and this program is exceptionally well done. It's stable and feature-rich, and does far more than I initially planned for online PDF presentations. It's so flexible and capable that I'm inspired to use PDFs for many more projects than I ever imagined. It's a wonderful source of ideas and creative methods of interactive, multi-media presentation. And the support is fast, friendly, thoughtful, and thorough.

I opened a Ticket and got a reply that fixed my issue in less than half an hour. Much appreciated.

Until two years ago, i had been working with flipbook software, which was extremely expensive and required an additional service fee every year. When the company went out of business, I found Flipbuilder and was surprised at how affordable and powerful it was in comparison. the service team responded within a few hours (for me, despite an 8-hour time difference). A problem with my registration was solved immediately and i was able to continue working the same day.

Brilliant software with excellent after sales support! We initially struggled with publishing online, but the service team sorted us out quickly and we published our first online magazine in now time.

My experience with FlipBuilder comes in three parts.

First, the flipbook building software. It works perfectly for my needs and produces beautiful flipbooks every time.

Second, the hosting panel. Once I have created my books, I effortlessly upload them to FlipBuilder's hosting panel where they are assigned a private link for my use and remain effortlessly accessible to anyone with whom I share the link.

Third, the customer service is praiseworthy. I have never had issues with the services; my questions were about specifics having to do with my personal preferences. Each time I reached out to the customer service I was answered promptly, professionally, and with great courtesy.

I am very happy to be a long-term FlipBuilder customer and look forward to depending on them for all of my flipbook needs.

FlipBuilder Plus is an amazing application that I always enjoy using whenever a new project requires it. The flipbooks created with this software look fantastic, and our clients love them—they are always satisfied with the results. I love the one time fee and unlimited usage, the option to host my own flipbooks with my own URL and without the FlipBuilder watermarks makes my flipbooks more professional than some much larger companies. The choice of options is amazing, and I look forward to newer options coming in the future. Would and have recommend to anyone looking at creating flipbooks.

If you are looking for software to turn your photos into digital photo albums, this is a great platform! Additionally, it has incredible technical support that responds quickly and is ready to do whatever it takes to get you a solution that works.
Like many people, I have shoeboxes of photographs. At one point, I decided to turn the photographs into a less space-consuming alternative: digital photo albums.
When I ran into issues with trying to add text (like locations, dates, and descriptions) to photos, Ashley, a member the technical support group, really helped me out!! Besides replying to me quickly, she even took the time to prepare videos to get me where I wanted to go!
