Swiss Army Knife for PDF documents
I'm a corporate trainer and I need to produce training materials for my students by splitting and combining various PDF documents containing reference materials, class exercises, and copies of my presentations.
PDF Candy offers a variety of tools that allow me to construct exactly what I want for my students. It can extract ranges of pages from another PDF, combine extracted pages together, trim off unwanted text from the edges of PDF documents, and does it all quickly and effortlessly.
The interface to PDF Candy is somewhat eccentric but very easy to follow and very user-friendly.
There are many other features within this product that I have not yet explored but for my needs, it's just right.

I send a request to have my pdf candy license code deactivated because I was moving to a new computer. I got the typical email saying to allow 2 business days to get a response. Well, it only took 15 minutes to have my issue resolved. Loved the quick resolution.

I haven't had any problems with this…
I haven't had any problems with this software. It's very fast and does what it says. The compression utility could do with a lower compression ratio and I have suggested this. Very quick response to queries.

Does not work, pdf candy does not respond
I need a user-friendly product. After paying $99 for the pro version and activating the pro version, the app still wanted me to upgrade to the pro version. I uninstalled the program to reinstall to see if that would fix the issue. Now the key does not work. I went to the key support section, and then the captcha doesn't work. No phone support. It also looks like not all functions are on the desktop version, and I am NOT going to upload my documents to the web. I want a full refund. They do not respond to their Facebook page or on PayPal. Another Facebook post is complaining of the same issue. The money I spent is going to someplace in the Netherlands. I want a full refund and will continue posting this review in other places. Don't purchase their product.
