A substitute for un authorized subscription…
A subscription was processed automatically from my account without my authorisation. I wrote to claim the money back, but I was initially responded to badly. After my complaint, I received a better response from another customer care agent, who made me feel welcome by alleviating my pain, and I felt better. To a large extent, it shows that customers are a major priority in your business, given how I was treated. Customers should be treated properly in the future, with referrals to others who need the service, and they should be assured that their needs will be properly addressed.

Do not use this service. Supposed one time use for $0.95 becomes $44.95 recurring monthly fee. They will not refund your money. Whether it is fine print or not, this disingenuous. If you do need this “one time service” cancel immediately.

I paid for a 7-day trial of 0,95 e, was scammed into 44,95 e monthly fee
I needed to downsize one PDF - I clicked the 0,95 e trial button to gain access to downsizing the document. After about a week, I see that I have been charged 44,95 euros by PDF Leader. I check my so-called account, and notice that I´m on a monthly subscription for 44.95 e, even though I have never ever signed up for it! I only chose the 0.95 e 7-day trial. So, PDF Leader just extended the 0,95 e approval to a monthly subscription without ever asking me. I now, of course, went and cancelled my "subscription", but the 44,95 e went down the drain. Obviously pretty low-moral company, trying to scam people to pay for their monthly fee. Highly recommend to look elsewhere.
