They get money from your account

They act like you transfer a document for 0,99 cent but afterwards they take EUR 49,99 every month from your account. They do cancel, but wont return the money.

I cancelled the service within a week

I cancelled the service within a week, before ANY charges went through. I NEVER agreed in any way whatsoever to sign up for a $299 program that I could never even figure out how to use!!

Despite my cancellation, this company snuck a $299 charge through without my permission!! This is simply CRIMINAL!!

FRAUD

FRAUD; I made a $1.51 one-off payment for a document conversion. PDFmaster has then stolen $75 from my account each month. This is fraud.

Sneaky Petes, unexpected charge

Very simply, it's a bait and switch site. They charge you 0.95 cents to convert a PDF to Word file. Then seven days later, without having agreed to anything, they hit your card for $49.85. Stay FAR away from these scammers.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service. Could not use the App to open a PDF. Why did I have to cancel a service I had not been able to use. Asked for a refund. They refused. Then another person told me that they could not find my payment. Then another person asked me to explain why I had a problem. Then another person asked me again for payment details. I have never experienced such a confused and obstructive attitude from a Service provider. This company should be avoided.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. They do not publish any email to allow to cancel the trial. Once the trial period ended they start to charge 49.99 € a month (an incredible price!!!).
I tried an email (took the email from one of pdfmaster comments in here, trustpilot doesn't allow me to show it) but it returned.
Now, I just wrote to xxxxxx (email found in another scam warning site) and I received an automatic replay (let's see if this time it works). Meanwhile, I spent 100 € and the 3rd month is approaching...I'm reporting a fraud to my bank too.

Digital theft

Total theft. This review site is full of people charged 49.99 (in my case £) without consent.
Same happened to me in Feb 2024. I don't imagine anyone gets refunded, how about just giving is 12 months access ?
SKY TV is not £49.99 per month !

I used this service to edit my menus, it has a lot of tools to use it and get it the work it required, I have taken only a week of service 3 times, and all the times the support team is beneficial and they are so prompt service. for me it's nothing scam, it is very clean and mentioned after the trial period will start the monthly subscription, if you don't want just email support to cancel. nothing to hide and they don't force at all. for the best platform to get it work done. thanks, team

Steaming pile of crap UNEARNED PRAIS HINDERS ALTERNATIVES

Maybe it is a good programm if you want to pay for the full version. But I don´t need all the functions the full version offers. I just need a PDF-Viewer, where you can add comments, bookmarks and markings. If you use any of these functions your PDF will be marked with an ugly watermark. What I hate most, is that everybody seems to like this programm and praises how good it is, although the free version is completly useless. THE PRAIS PREVENTS BETTER ALTERNATIVES BEEING FOUND.
