Worst experience with customer care they have no manners how to talk and deal with customers.dont got refund since one month called for detail ,but their manners and attitude like illiterate people.hope their uper management listen recordings of customer and employee talk so they ll realize the loose pole.

OMG.. I have been came through many good websites but unfortunately i have ordered some products from this worst website for the first time.. I really fed up with the customer service and the delivery service too.. I have never seen such a utter most bad websites PEACHMODE.. IN my life.. It has no updates from them..The customer support people are giving different status on the same order. It was irritating. I have ordered on feb 13 th and waited for one month till march 10th..but even though i didn't receive any delivery. I contacted them after that again the irresponsible reply. They said it another three more days.. The reason they gave me they couldn't find my package.. Its Nonsense... So i cancelled my order and waiting for my refund.. No idea how long it gonna take to get the refund.. They ask me to wait agian 5to 7 days.. Let's hope. So finally i never recommend PEACHMODE website to anyone anymore...

Please do not buy their Sale products. I bought a double bed sheet with pillow covers last month and wished to open it today. I found out that it is damaged and has a hole in it. Size of pillow covers is also very small and stitching is bad. Very dissatisfied. To top it all, their website says it won't return sale items. I should have known.

Ordered 2 sets and was astonished at the quality of cloth. Almost as seen on website. Return was hasslefree too.
Totally loved and must recommended to order once.
Best thing is why worry when they are taking back without questions.

Recently bought a much advertised Sharara and kurta set. After first wash it faded so much, now its unwearable...after paying 2.5k. Extremely bad quality please don't buy.

I got my sari delivered today,very poor quality. I feel I've been cheated. Please don't buy or deal with these people.

I live in the South of ireland. I ordered two Indian dresses from Peachmode on 24th Jan and I received them today, 2nd Feb!
I did have to pay some tax to the Irish revenue but I've still got two beautiful full length dresses for €90. I couldn't make them for that.

Both dresses are exactly as described. Good stitching and very good quality material. Embellishments are beautiful as well.

Personally I am very surprised by all the poor reviews. For quality, despatch time and good description of items, I can't fault Peachmode.

Very poor quality. I bought a bedsheet from peachmode. The quality is such that I cannot even use it as a door mat. Disgusting. You are sure to be cheated if you shop in peachmode.

The product I purchased were 4 dresspeices ,out of which 2were for my self and 2 as a gift .. I trusted as the product displayed on website were pretty good so I selected the products with my aunt's ..... But this was so disgusting as the received product has no quality at all
Atleast I can say that the top looks good if you add astar to it but the quality of the bottom is worst .
Also the dupatta length is very short please buy the products carefully , as it is your hardcore earn to spend on
My experience with peachmode is so bad

Sucha a bad side to shop with. Product they show and the product we receive doesn't match at all. Zero quality. And if u want to return the product the customer care doesn't respond properly inspite of several calls and emails. To return the product I have been calling them every day for two weeks and they haven't came to receive the return product. And no sight of my refund amount initiation until they take back the product which they never are coming to take .

I would give them zero if it was an option. You don’t get what you ordered, you get something entirely different and there will be missing items and when you tell them to make sure it is the same item the they will be like oh it May slightly vary. Oh well it’s entirely different item. Not to mention this is lowest quality thin very very thin material. You will not like any of them

This is a horrible website! I ordered one saree twice and I got the same wrong saree both the times! I tried to explain but the customer care people say that IT LOOKS LIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN REAL COMPARED TO WHAT WE SEE ON THE WEBSITE! They do not even care to understand that the saree is entirely different! They are so calmly asking me to order it again! The last time I spoke to the customer care, they said that they have confirmed with the seller and the same saree is available but I got the wrong saree again!!

There is no start applicable for this fraud company. The material received is not matching with the item purchased and the material is very thin like net also color and design is entirely different and very very cheap quality. Somebody from govt body shd take action on such e- commerce platform. I tried to request for return it say order number is not matching that means clear cheating and you cannot return.

It's a fraud company. Cheater. I filed a request for return of poor quality item but they did not respond after the complaint. Never purchase any product from peachmode.

Peachmode company does very unethical business with the clients. Don't rely on the quality of their products. Once the products are returned due to poor quality and mismatch of sizes, the paid amount is never refunded fully. There are clear evidences from reviews that they do on line thefts. It's a fraud company. Don't do any online shopping with this fraud company.

Looks like These people are cheating customers, I Lodged complaint for missing item in the delivered package one week ago. Still there is no action taken ! No other online site does such thing. Absolute cheating

I bought one kurti and I have received it in 1 month. Quite long delivery but product quality and colour is as expected. Loved it.

Very poor quality, I ordered first time very disappointing...

Dont go for peachmode. Very bad experience. I had ordered one top from them on 25th sep which no action taken till 15th oct and i had to cancell the order after followup. The amount was shown as store credit. I placed one more order which was delivered yssterday but very bad quality not worth the amount....when i was trying for return they refused to take back saying it was purchased from store credits....wow....they are thinking the store credits are not because of my money? I have the recording of the customercare persons interaction....v bad and i will not recommend any one this peachmode....this is hopeless ....looters of money...even the left over crwdit of my money rs. 159/- they dont want to refund.202334998
