Sent wrong product and not even bothered to refund. No no given for customer care.
Don't purchase from them.

Peachy house is a fraud company.. they have sent a wrong item and that too a cheap pathetic cloth without any tags. Not replying to multiple emails sent by me for the return request either.
Now am considering of filing a complaint at consumer forum and also cyber crime cell.
All the best peach house team. Be answerable now to the public you have looted.

I recently orderd a saree, and quality was worst, and then I thought , return for this item, and they were not refunded money also told for more days to wait in place that they are saying to exchange item, money is non refundable. So.... Paisa bhi gaya bhi saman bhi gaya, dilasha dete hain. Mai bahut pareshan ho gayi pareshan kar diya is website ne, they are doing totally fraud with customer.

received defective saree. placed return request through their portal and email. reply received from their team as -

Along with the image of the courier receipt that you received. Also please make sure that the original invoice that was sent to you is inside the return package.

My point is, if they can deliver the product at the time of purchase, then why they face difficulty at the time of return.

It could have been better to visit some local store rather than buying it online from such scammer brand. later realised many buyers posted their negative reviews with worst experiences.
so, now my purchase goes straight to the dustbin and amount of that purchase to the scammers as charity.

Vary Bad quality fabric

Bad experience. Ordered 2 products. They cancelled 1 after one week. and the other product they shipped completely different product. Customer care is of no use and are not helpful.

Image shown and dress received is completely different. I want the original dress shown in the pic or else refund my money back...worst service

The product is of cheap quality. The material/fabric is so disgusting. And there is no refund policy. I strongly suggest not to buy from this website ever. They are so unresponsive and very bad service provided by them. Extremely poor quality. So disappointing.

It's a fraud company, when a person ordered from their website they deliver some other local stuff and when we complain for refund or exchange they don't even respond to a single mail / messages.

My order no is 2016311. Very bad material of kurti. Lowest quality net type fabric. Not worth even rs.250/. I will never recommend anyone to buy from this brand. Complete fraud. Moreover they will not refund the money if returned. They will provide a gift voucher. They are making fool of the buyers

The order did not go well with absolutely horrible customer service!
I ordered three products in total, I received two but I have not received the third product.
I have been following up by mail and phone for about a month every! single! day! but there is no proper response. My 1000 RS has gone down the drain.
I am not going to recommend peachmode to anyone.

By the way the customer service representatives talk to customers, its clear that Peachmode is not going to care anyways.

This is regarding my return request for Order No. PM-1939044, delivered on 8th December. The product quality was poor, and I was told that the refund will only be issued as a gift card usable only online. This is unfair and raises concerns—what happens if the online replacement is also unsatisfactory? Will I keep receiving gift cards repeatedly?

I request a proper resolution, preferably a refund to the original payment mode, or a clear alternative that doesn’t trap customers in a cycle of gift cards.

Return policy is not good and they give some silly reasons to reject exchange. They are not customer friendly

Not Even a star! Please guys don't go for them.No refund, high pricing ,low quality and competitively very bad customer support. Never again,it was my 1st time with the App.Did make a mistake. Please don't get deceived with their pictures.

Peachmode is absolutely a fraud website or shoping app.they have worst product ,worst service and wotst refund policy once u buy a product u should think like u got cheated for sure and they don't refund they give always coupan so u must have to buy any of their worst product for sure at leat once or for that amount u have done purchaging .they have worst refund policy i have ever seen.and price is always at higher side than anywhere else.

Please don't buy anything from Peachmode. They have the worst service and are cheating customers. Please don't buy anything.

I ordered a saree for Rs 3000 on September 27th and received a mail from them stating that the saree will be delivered on 2nd October. I received a message on october 1st that delivery partner couldn't contact me and a link was given to which I submitted that I was at home and further reattempt to be done on 4th as I had plans to go out on 2nd and 3rd. I didn't get a call or receive a message so I was confident that the saree will be delivered only on 4th. But to my disappointment I received a message on 3rd stating that my order was delivered. No calls from delivery partner whatsoever before or after delivering the product. Asked the security, he didn't receive. None of the neighbors got it. Contacted peachmode . Received only automated message that will look into the matter.i am clueless on what to do.

We ordered two sarees. They send same color but different shades, web picture color shade and received saree color shade is difference. So we requested for return, but they don't agree take return due purchased on vocher, The vocher provided by them for last return. Vocher is also nothing but money. I requested them again, take return and give vocher insted of return amount. I can purchase some other item in same web site. But they didn't agree. The returns are not easy in Peachmode than other ecommerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart,Meesho. Every time they are cheating to customers. What ever they send , we need to keep that item even though we didn't like that item. They will not take return. If suppose they taken return then they will not give back amount. They provide Vocher, with that we can purchase items with in one year period. if we purchase on this vocher, they will not accept return, even though the product is not good for us.Indirectly they cheating to customers, they looting money from customers forcebly. So i stoped purchages from Peachmode website.

Refund is not possible. I am offering donate to company this money, they are not accepting donation. What should I do. Please guide me.
