First and last they have fixed policiy of no rwturn in most of the product and secondly if they implement return policy they will not refund the amount but they say they are givung gift card voucher (mera paisa nujhe hi gift ) didnt recieved yet dont know what is that but my Amount appr 2400 is block dont know what will they do but giving gift Haha

Very poor fabric. They sell material not worth Rs. 200 in Rs. 1200 after showing MRP of Rs. 2400 and discount of 50%. Totally fraud company

If I wil rate this app I will give a big zero because the product I got of worth rupees 1999 is worst and cheap quality and I suggest you all not to ordered anything from thiss app they have no return and refund policy. Don't waste your hard earned money on such stupid appp. Very worst experience.

I would like to tell you all that the product they give us is very cheap and they don't have any return policy. When we order anything we can see that there is return policy and when we began to return it there will not be any policy. I would kindly like to say that please don't order from them i need my money back i ordered 2 sarees worth of 1600 each and i want my money back. I ordered on 23/02/2025 and i recived it on 1/03/2025 they do not respond to us on whatsup too. Thankyou

I want to give them 0 rating as they don’t have refund policy which means refund the amount and they say we have gift voucher, what if someone doesn’t want gift voucher. Don’t purchase from them. It’s completely waste of money.

They deliver worst product, in the name of pure cotton they gave me some cheap product and when i tried to make their customer service understand this, she became rude n kept on repeating wohi product aaya hai jo Tum order kiye ho. When i wished to return the product they said we don’t have refund policy. You will get money in their application. Why on earth i would order product from their application when i had bad experience with their customer support as well as product. Then she disconnected phone, i asked to give phone to some senior, she said humare yaha aisa nahi hota, aap phone rakh do. Very pathetic experience. Just warning people to save their hard earned money. I filed RTI, many people do same so that this company gets banned and can not fool people

Poor customer service, they can't even come to pick up order stating it is restricted area even though it was not restricted area when they tried to deliver the product. On top of that they are asking to courier the product to their warehouse and will reimburse only 100 rs. Not at all professional.

Ordered saree, worst quality product delivered. Returned, refunded as a store credit. Tried to contact several times, no one answered. Worst

Poor management.

Very poor service. First of all they Delivered wrong product and then takes hours to connect to Support team. 2nd) courier company wont pickup this product as it doesn't match order details. Service team doesn't understand simple issues and keeps sending pickup three times without correction on pickup details. Now they refuse to send pickup and refund!!

The product can't be refunded and you need to shop again after the product is picked and delivered to them.

What i ordered was different and what was delivered was different. The quality of the product is horrible. Can somebody take an action on Peachmode.. Such a horrible organisation. Cant believe ... how easliy these people make fool to public. Dont ever buy any product from such a untrusted company

This firm shows different quality of clothes and supply a different quality of clothes. The biggest drawback is you don't get your money back on returns. They issue gift cards and you have to go to them for buying again the inferior quality of clothes. This firm does not qualify for even a single star. DO NOT BUY AT ALL.

They are not returning my money, offering me a credit wherein i do not wish to purchase anything from them ever still they aren’t issuing any refund.

They have pathetic customer service available no senior person is available on call they only ask us to mail and revert too late.

They don’t accept any returns post 7 days of delivery and do not revert on time and delay.

I had shopped for 10,000/- and not refunding my money.

So this super dirty company won't let you return the goods if bought with a voucher. No reason. It's simply their own wish. Nowhere mentioned in policy. Shop and suffer.

Big Time fraud. Sent different item and took my 2000 and forced me to buy from their site only. Sizes are not available and last 1 year my amount has been with them

Don't ever purchase anything from this website. Here, I'm going to tell my story. Initially, I ordered a maroon dress, but when I received it in person, it was actually brown, and the printing quality was terrible. I opted to return it, but all I got in exchange was a gift card; my money was not reimbursed using the original payment method. As a result, I bought a second dress using a gift card and got a poor-quality one. When I asked for a return, they cancelled and informed me that dresses bought with gift cards could not be returned. Their return policy is as follows, and they will give you a low-quality item if you utilise a gift card. Watch out for this bogus website.

I like their material and designs and cost. But can not order much as the material is not of sufficient length and width. Would love to buy a lot if they improved this feature.

Having good collection and support team is awesome good products and right price.
