First time I ordered on this site. Was not too sure . As long as you allow 2 weeks for delivery or just over. All good , did email them and they send standard reply back to me. I would use them again as they are much cheaper. What's not to like .

I ordered on the 1st and it is the 12th now and they haven’t even shipped the order yet. I emailed them previously and they claim weekends don’t count so fair enough. Now It has been past the 7 day dispatch period NOT INCLUDING the past two weekends. I really wouldn’t order again, I don’t even think the order is going to come at all.

Absolutel scam do not order from here,when you order from here they give free 2-4 working day delivery,then I left a review asking where my order was and they replied saying they can see my order was placed on 1st november and to wait 5-7 days..once it’s been 7 days they change their reply to your review saying they can’t find your order! Basically it will never come as they ‘can’t find it’ and they get out of it by saying their email isn’t working and their phone number doesn’t ring either.
Absolute disgrace never buy from this company

I purchased an item from peacock bazaar on 26/10/24.
My money was taken the next day and I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order until 31/10/24.
I sent them an email on receipt of this confirmation asking when the order would be despatched and received a response that I had to wait a standard 5-7 working day clearance due to fraud.
I have waited 7 days and still no order or email contact.
I have sent them an email today 6/11/24 asking where the order is and they have responded ti say that due to an increase in fraudulent activities they are manually checking orders which is increasing delays. Once th order is picked it will be despatched and should arrive 2-3 days later.
This is clearly a scam. They do not say the order has been picked and it will be 2-3 days they say when it is. Which gives these people even more reason to delay sending an item that will never arrive.
This is 100% a scam.
I have sent an email asking for a full refund which is what my bank will expect. I very much doubt the refund will ever arrive as no business could ever operate like this. Especially is today's market when I can order from amazon and receive the item the same day.
Please avoid this compa y at all costs.

Awful company, ordered a bottle of perfume for my Mothers Birthday, After 10 days they still have not posted the item. Unbelievable in 2024 that a business cannot post an item within a couple of days. My advice is to pay a little bit more and know you will receive your item within a few days. Avoid this company at all costs, I have learned my lesson. Just received a pathetic response to my review from Peacock BS, I will not be peacocking with you anytime in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE!
I would rate this company with zero stars if possible. They appear to be operating a fraudulent scheme. I have reported them to Action Fraud and recommend others do the same. They will take your money and provide various excuses for not dispatching your order. Like many others who have reviewed this company, I have been misled. I placed an order over a week ago and received no updates after four days. When I reached out, they sent a generic response stating their policy requires a wait of 5 to 7 working days.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the following week, exceeding their own 5 to 7 “clear” working days policy but still received no email and my order remained unshipped. It seems evident to me that they are running a scam, as I am not alone in this experience. I ultimately had to insist on canceling my order and requesting a refund, which I am still waiting for. I have also reported them to PayPal and Action Fraud. This business operates in a very questionable manner. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
