Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service and lousy communication, had I read reviews on this company first I wouldn't have ordered, anyone thinking of buying Christmas presents for loved ones from this company is running the chances of being let down, I ordered on the 18/11/24 today's date 28/11/24 I have written enquiries to them and get what I would call Bs excuses signed at the end happy Peacocking here's a copy of their reply

Almost two weeks no item despatched

Unfortunately I’m in the same boat as some other reviews.
Over the 5-7 days and no despatch of the item I ordered.
Latest response from their Customer services says they can’t tell me when the order will be despatched! Really !
I’ve asked for a refund.
Worried now I’ve been scammed!

Ordered 12th November and still not been dispatched

I ordered on 12th November and my item has still not been dispatched.They are not fulfilling their policy.When I email I get a generic response.I will wait for this order as it was a good price but think It will be my last order as the customer service is very poor.UPDATE I received my perfume on 30th November.

Placed an order on 13th nov and im…

Placed an order on 13th nov and im still waiting for it to be processed 12 days later i would not advise using this website as they seem to go againest there own policies an make bad excuses as to why my order has not been sent. Its now 25th nov and ive been told numerous times the delay is due to fraudulent orders an orders being processed manually but surely this cant take more than 12days. Peacock just get my order sent out before i take this further.

Non delivery, no contact

My elderly mum placed an order for perfume on the 12th November assuming it would be delivered within 7 working days as it was a gift. No contact regarding delivery and she’s still waiting. She didn’t even get an email confirmation after her order so I can’t even chase the order for her.

Very strange company

I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company, and if you do, make sure to pay through Paypal. I placed an order (#10705) on Tuesday 15th October, emailed them on Tuesday 22nd October because my order hadn't been dispatched. Emailed them again on Thursday 22nd October asking to cancel my order. They did not respond. Fed up with their being AWOL, I filed a refund claim with Paypal on Friday and guess who dispatched my item after receiving summons from Paypal- Peacock. I don't understand why they had to wait for Paypal to get involved before they dispatched the perfume to me.
My advise is pay more elsewhere for services that won't raise your blood pressure.

GREAT PRICE REAL PRODUCT LONG WAIT! BUT WORTH IT.... While you may see reviews saying do not…

While you may see reviews saying do not order please make up your own minds.
Yes orders take a while but your contact will be responded to.
I was told they only send once they know the buyer is a real customer, so they may have been burned or they may be dropshippers. They may even wait until return option shortened. I don't know their full reason & I hate the trackingscan which didn't work for my old phone.
HOWEVER, eventually I received a perfume very much cheaper than anywhere else & smells amazing. It's a product you know is not fake.
So is it worth the wait?
Yes it is!!!!
So I'll shop there again and try to be more patient.
I will not expect fast delivery I will be grateful for the great product at a fraction of normal price & wait.
So don't expect to shop for a gift you need fast. Be patient & know that you will wait unless things change.

Into my 9 th working days now emailed 4 times now keep getting the same reply 5 to 7 days last email said they were having issues now with this order I wish I had read reviews first taking people's money under false presences I don't think I'm ever going to get my order will be contacting trading standards just on principle now

Very disappointing experience

I ordered a perfume from this company on 6th November 2024 which was a special birthday gift and was required for 16th November. I thought the time I had given was plenty of time in which to receive the item given the delivery policy on the product page stated ‘We strive to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days from the date of purchase’.
Come the 11th November I hadn’t received any contact regarding my order, so I contacted the company and got a reply on 12th November stating that order processing can take 5 to 7 working days as per their website. (This is only visible if you dig into the FAQs and is different to the timescales they advertise upfront when purchasing)
I didn’t end up receiving my order until 21st November which is a ridiculously long time to wait and also was not delivered in time for the birthday in which is was meant for.

Very misleading and contradicting. I think the delivery timescales need addressing and updating accordingly to state a more realistic time frame from a customer expectation perspective.

Unfortunately this is the first and last order, as I won’t be purchasing from here again.

Update: in reply to company’s reply below. In my case it was left 9 days before being posted and so it took 11 working days to get to me. This “colourful” banner is only visible if you go through the main page or if you delve into the FAQs. Given I used a link for the specific perfume direct from Google this banner is not seen. The shipping information I can see regarding the 2 to 4 business days is on the product page itself under your ‘shipping & returns : shipping policy’ section. I suggest this is updated accordingly as you are providing misleading and contradictory information to customers.

Order 2 parfums last week,15/11

Order 2 parfums last week,15/11, ordered the same time, but one fron All beauty, which arrived 18/11, the one I bought from peacock never received even an email saying that my order was been processing etc..
Email them and they said it was going to be prioritized to be deliver quicker but still nothing, I already regreted buying from them as I found cheaper prices on line with a 3 days max delivery, Please if you want your delivery faster, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM PEACOCK, AS THEY TAKE DELIVERY TIME NOT SERIOUS.

Avoid

Avoid. Terrible business. Ordered item 9 working days ago. Not even had order confirmation email, let alone dispatch confirmation. Received the same copy / paste reply as others on here stating "takes 5-7 working days to process orders" because, apparently, they're the only company I've come across who insist on taking nearly two weeks to screen a perfume order for fraud!!
In spite of the above, and being promised that a) the order confirmation has been re-sent and b) my order will be expedited - neither have happened. Now being ignored.
It's now 9 working days (so beyond their stated 5-7) and no news whatsoever.

Terrible. Had to give one star to get the review on here. Having read these reviews, I am absolutely convinced they are selling stock they do not actually hold on site.

EDIT: They replied to my email asking why item not dispatched after 9 clear working days despite website saying 5-7 by saying "We had a look into your order and we can see that you placed your order on 9th of Nov. 2024,
It can take some time for you to receive the email notifying you of the dispatch, and order processing can take 5-7 clear working days as stated in the order fulfillment policy on our website!"

So another generic response completely ignoring the point that they are already BEYOND the 7 days stated in their fulfilment policy. Ignored my question as to whether they have actually processed / dispatched the order or to refund me. Unreal.

Dont order from this company

I ordered perfume on 6 November 2024 for a birthday in line with their policies for delivery. Today is the 17 November and I have received nothing. I keep getting the same automatic reply about their policy for 5-7 days. I have requested a refund and a certainly won't buy from here again. I will be taking my complaint to Trading Standards as it appears they keep breaching the terms of contracts with individuals under the Sale of Goods act.

ordered perfume for wife on 3rd nov did get an email saying has been sent and will be arriving tomorrow so 12/13 days is not too bad for free delivery and a bargain price for the item company is obviously very busy with orders

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ZERO OUT OF 5

A genuinely awful buying experience, 5-7 cleared working days is all you will here from the amateurs and when you call them out on how the sales are handled they haven't got a clue! If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

I won't be shopping here ever again!

Pathetic handling and other trustpilot users clearly are having to deal with the same amateur issues.
