Poor service
They took payment for perfume on 28 November the came up with lame excuses for not having sent the order I personally think the knew they given to good a deal or they are as useless as I suspect finally had refund 5 of December they are extremely slow at customer service and irritating as hell when they sign off on email by saying happy Peacocking extremely irritating when they are letting you down it's Christmas if you want parcel delivered this company isn't one I'd have faith in

Said 7 days before order dispatched thought fine. I’ve ordered before the madness and Black Friday. Now on day 15 and still nothing has been despatched ! All their emails keep saying is we are going to soon or we are busy . There’s no updates with it . So I have no idea if it will be here for Xmas . So avoid ! Poor and in inadequate service. 😡

I ordered an aftershave on 14 November and was informed of a 5-7 day delivery period. As of today, 5 December, no delivery!! I have emailed 3 times with the same email sent back to me but still no product. I have requested a refund but hasn’t arrived. Unfortunately, no phone number to call on. I am not very happy.
Great price but a bit slow on delivery
I thought I would leave a review, based on the reviews here, be patient with the delivery of your order, it does arrive but outside of their time scales stated on their website. I’m happy because I managed to get a product that has been discontinued and at a good price.

Order sent 19/11.As of todays date 5/12 I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed several times and had the same stock mail back regarding time scales(I’m way past these now) Apparently several reasons for delay including stock levels-strange as product being ‘in stock’’in another advertising Mail I received on Saturday 30/11. Prompt reply from Customer service every time I email them but usually same mail regarding timescale!!!! Come on please get my order to me!!!!!!!

I have not received my order after 13 days.
I emailed them and they said they will check my order but still no response.
If I do not get my order shipped soon I will contact trading standards and request a refund.

Go elsewhere is my advice. This company display original packaging and boxes on their website, but when the items arrived they were in plain boxes and as these items were a gift it is very disappointing. Dealing with their customer services is like pulling teeth and they didn’t seem to grasp the situation at all. Avoid at all costs

Excellent Customer Service Response
We made a purchase on line a few days ago and wanted to have an update regarding delivery. Unfortunately I didn't have an order number, only my name, address, relevant email and the date of my order. Customer service replied to me within 30 minutes with all the details. It wasn't a 'bog standard' reply but informative! I understand that delivery of goods at this time of the year is likely to take longer - so no worries. But I found that a polite enquiry to them with as much information as I could give them, resulted is a very prompt, polite and helpful reply. Thank you Pacock Bazaar

Delivery say 2 to 4 days nope been a week now gift was for my partners birthday what is today had to go buy the gift in town and can’t get refunded untill yous receive the item back but you havnt even sent it so why should I need to wait ? Don’t buy anything this website unless ur wanting to wait 15 working days for its a joke of a company
