I have the same problem as several…

I have the same problem as several other people that have posted reviews. I was told on the 26th December they were unable to fulfill my order and my money would be refunded. Still waiting 15th January and no reply to my email.

I ordered on 8th December

I ordered on 8th December. Still not delivered. Emailed them. They say due to unusually high demand they were unable to deliver the product and a refund would be issued that was over two weeks ago. And to date I have received no refund.

Placed an order on the 3rd Dec

Placed an order on the 3rd Dec. On the 26th December I received a notification that the order could not be fulfilled but was promised a refund. As of this date 11th Jan, I've still not received a refund, nor are they responding to emails that I've sent. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Do NOT buy from this seller

Do NOT buy from this seller. It is a scam. I ordered from them on 8 December, never received the goods. They acknowledged the order never got processed due to ‘high volume’ over the Christmas period. But I STILL have not had a refund.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a product 29 Nov for a Xmas present. It never arrived & when querying on 16 Dec, was told due to order pressures, lack of staff etc, my order would be delayed even further. On 20 Dec was told order had been cancelled & my money would be refunded. At the time of writing this on 11 Jan 25, no refund received & I'm thinking I never will. I have used many on-line sites without any problems. This is the first time I have encountered these problems with an on-line firm. I certainly won't be ordering from Peacock Bazaar again. Avoid

I would score it less than 1 if I could! Placed an order on 12.12.2024, expecting to recieve it for Xmas. I emailed chasing them up on 23.12.2024, and had an email straight back apologising that they couldn't fulfill order and would cancel it and I should expect refund in 5 working days. Chased up refund on 2nd and 8th January. No reply. I have had to go to my bank now to raise a dispute. I don't normally leave reviews but I'm absolutely disgusted. It would've been decent of them to inform me in the first instance that they couldn't fulfill order instead of me having to chase them! If would've been even more decent of them to give me a refund for goods I never even received.

Very poor customer service

I ordered perfume on 18th December. On 23 rd December i received an email from them saying due to unforeseen challenges my order couldn’t be fulfilled and so would be cancelled and a full refund given. A refund never came. I have emailed them twice now with no response, and as to today no refund has been given. Telephone line also appears to be cut off…. Avoid at all costs.

you were quick to rectyfy a problem that was not your fault.this was very good.i rceived my order well in time for christmas for which i am very grateful.the perfume i purchased was fantastic.thanks PEACOCK BAZAAR.

Refund - still waiting

So so bad. I ordered 3 x LM gift sets on 26 November. I kept chasing for my order throughout December as needed this for Xmas presents but finally got a message on 22 December saying due to unforeseen logistical challenges and unexpected volume of high orders they cannot meet my order. promised a refund but still have not received it as of today (8 January 25).

No product no refund ordered 30/11/2024

I ordered Givenchy Insense Ultramarine Eau de Toilette 100ml Spray from Peacock Bazaar × 1 £23.96 on 30/11/2024 I emailed them on the 13/12/2024 to say I have not received anything, they emailed me back on Christmas Day 25/12/2024 saying that they couldn’t finish my order because of some logistics problem and they would refund me in 5 working days, I emailed again on the 2/1/2025 still no response, it’s now the 6/1/2025 and I have still no aftershave or refund, this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my Dad.

Disgraceful

I ordered the caviar eye serum on the 1st December , and it never arrived apparently;

Due to unforeseen logistical challenges and an unexpectedly high volume of orders this festive season, we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order at this time. As a result, we will need to cancel your order and process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

SO WHY DID IT TAKE ME EMAILING FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED , WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WEEKS AGO, WHEN YOU KNEW YIU COULD NIT FULFILL MY ORDER ????

12/01/25 STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED. I WILL BE OPENING A DISPUTE WITH MY CC TOMORROW

Dodgy Company

I placed an order on 19th Dec for aftershave. Having read reviews beforehand, expected a lengthy wait to receive the item, but was ok with that. The seller then cancelled my order on 23rd Dec, citing the reason "unforeseen logistical challenges and unexpectedly high volume of orders this festive season". I got a notification at the same time through PayPal to say a refund was being processed. Fair enough, was disappointed my order was cancelled, but happy they were quick to issue refund. However, I then received a notification on 31st Dec through PayPal to say my refund had failed. Emailed the seller the same day but still no reply as of today 5th January. I decided not to wait about and filed a case through PayPal this afternoon, including screenshot of the email from the seller. Within 5 minutes PayPal provided an outcome in my favour and have issued a refund which should be with me in 3 days. Would recommend anybody in a similar situation, if no refund or a failed refund, don't wait about for the seller - file a case through PayPal if you made the purchase through them. Unorthodox business which can't seem to anticipate or deal with an increase in orders across the festive period and decides to completely shut up shop/cancel orders for what appears to be an interim period. Further concern when communication grinds to a halt and refunds fail.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company absolutely disgusting customer service and would avoid anyone else ordering, I had to chase up my gift which was for secret Santa, if I hadn't of contacted them God knows when I would of found out that they couldn't deliver and were refunding me this was on boxing day after ordering on the 13th December, it's is now the 4th Jan and iam still awaiting a refund absolutely awful honestly AVOID

I have been waiting since the 8th of…

I have been waiting since the 8th of December for a bottle of perfume. I emailed the company 2 weeks after ordering for an update, only to be told it wouldn't arrive by Christmas because they have warehouse staff issues! Not a single mention of that at the time of ordering, it's now the 4th of January and it still isn't here. Stay as far away as you can from this company, I can't see them being around for much longer anyway.
