Do not deal with this company ordered perfume on the 6th of December in time for Xmas due to logistical problems I ended up cancelling the order and from 19th of December to 4 of January I'm still waiting for the refund now stopped answering my emails
Issue with refund
I contacted Peacock Bazaar when my order didn’t arrive on 20th December and received a a prompt email apologising that the order had to be cancelled. However, the refund didn’t go through to PayPal and I’ve been chasing it up since. Apparently, there’s a problem with Shopify’s internal processing system. I’ve yet to receive a refund of over £224 and we are now on the 3rd of January. Very disappointing! I will update this review when this matter is finally resolved.

I've only left 1 star because it's not possible to leave a negative number. Appalling organisation, order product in November, expecting it to be in plenty of time for Christmas given their promise of 5-7 days delivery. Hadn't arrived by mid December, no Comms from them.
Did respond when I messaged customer service to say it would be delivered by Christmas, but couldn't tell me when. Received an email 23rd Dec saying they couldn't deliver and would refund me. Still waiting for the refund or a reply to my email chasing.
Total joke, avoid at all costs, much better companies out there to buy from.

Product was delayed , made contact did reply promptly, but just felt delivery time was too long . Probably won't use them again for that reason . However product was a good price on a positive 👌

Shipping delay
I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for my order to be shipped even though I wasn't told that the item was out of stock when I ordered it. When I queried the delay 18 days after ordering I was told it was due to an increase in fraudulent activity and a high volume of orders, and that there was currently no specific dispatch or delivery date.

Scam/scum company who hold onto money…
Scam/scum company who hold onto money for nearly a month then message on Xmas day to say I won’t get the item as they had a UNEXPECTED amount of orders 😂
Cowboy company
I ordered a Xmas present on 1st December which the site said delivery time is 5-7 working days. As my item did not arrive in the allotted time I emailed them to find out out where it was. They assured me it was on its way. However on Xmas day itself I received an email from them saying they had run out of stock and will be cancelling my order. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service. I will never use this cowboy company again.
No confirmation email, no delivery.
Ordered perfume on 4/12/24 and expected to have item delivered before christmas as website states 48 hour delivery and they ‘strive to deliver within 7 days’.
Hadn’t even had an email by the 21st so contacted customer services.
Received an email to say order has been cancelled and I would receive a full refund.
7 days later, still haven’t had refund.
Have just read reviews and this seems a common issue.
Ordered same perfume through Ideal World on 22nd and it was delivered on the 27th!

Disappointed
Update: At first I left 3 stars and after hitting post on this review I received an email cancelling my order, although I appreciate that they are not a scam and have actually issued me a refund, I cannot say I am happy with this process in the slightest. Waiting almost a month to only now have my order cancelled is very frustrating. I wish it was sooner, not 4 weeks in. Very unhappy I consider myself a patient person but this is ridiculous, hopefully they can improve their services soon.
Initial review: Unfortunately I am slightly disappointed, my order is still preparing shipment when it’s been almost a month (ordered on the 30th of Nov, now it is 25th of Dec). I understand their need to make sure there is no fraudulent activity as well as their staff shortages however my order is still in the very first stages of the delivery process, and i’m unsure as to whether it is coming at all as there have been really no updates. I am still holding out hope and want to believe that the delays are justified, I wish to see my order on my doorstep at some point :)

Ordered a perfume end of November , received an email today saying they can't fulfill the order and id get a refund. Only been waiting a month for the order now I have no Christmas present to give my auntie! Fuming !!
Order held for weeks then cancelled suddenly
Ordered perfume in black Friday sales, after chasing them a few weeks later when my order hadn't updated I received a reply saying they were extremely busy with orders so there was a delay. Today I received an email saying " Due to unforeseen logistical challenges and an unexpectedly high volume of orders this festive season, we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order at this time. As a result, we will need to cancel your order and process a full refund to your original payment method."
To say I'm not happy is an understatement! Will not be ordering from them ever again.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered well over a week before Xmas and a week later still no dispatch of my order. Contacted customer service and received a prompt response to say due to staff issues and amount of order’s delivery for Xmas could not be guaranteed. Very disappointed and now I’m scrambling around to try and secure delivery fir Xmas Eve with other companies.
