Worst company in the world waited more…

Worst company in the world waited more than 4 weeks and still no delivery had to request refund as they wouldn’t give u an estimated delivery time after contacting them multiple times and kept getting same automated response shame as there prices was amazing

More than disappointed

Ordered in late November for Christmas, heard nothing after 3 weeks and chased. Was given the same lame excuses about fraud and warehouse problems, etc that I have seen elsewhere here, to be told they could not guarantee delivery. To be fair, they offered and gave a refund, which took 4 days to reach my account. The annoying thing is that now 2 Chritmas present will not be given. They should not advertise 5-day delivery if there is obviously no chance of it happening. This company, led by Shaneela Rowah Al-Qamar, was launched with great fanfair in November, and it has been a PR disaster.

I should have read the reviews first

I should have read the reviews first! Ordered some perfume on 02/12 apparently to be despatched within 2-4 days. After about 2 weeks I e-mailed and asked where it was and was sent what I presume is a standard response about orders being delayed because of fraudulent activity and volume of orders and each order having to be verified. I left it another few days and e-mailed again and was told that they could not give me a despatch date. I have now requested a refund and have been told that it is being processed and have since ordered from another company and received it within the promised two days.

Order not processed after 3 weeks

I made an order on 28 November. As of 18 December (today) the order has yet to be processed, although the payment has been taken from my credit card.

I contacted them today as it is a Christmas gift, only to be told that they have had staffing and stock issues and that it may not arrive in time for Christmas.

At no point was i informed of these issues at the point of sale or later. If I had not been in touch, I would be none the wiser.

I will not be buying from them again and would certainly not recommend.

Incredibly careless in responding to…

Incredibly careless in responding to emails, and it is all machine; they failed to send the item despite the fake date of delivery they provided when I placed my order; 5 days later, I still had to chase them to see when they would ship the deliver while they are in the UK, so finally no response and I had to cancel my order. Yet another Arab or Pakistani shop

Failed to deliver anything

Failed to deliver anything, after 3 weeks and being fobbed off through email twice I had to insist on a refund as the item was to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointing and would never recommend them.

Poor Communication and Endless Delays


Ordered on Nov 27th and received zero updates until I had to chase them myself 3 weeks later. Their response? Vague excuses about holiday volume and staff shortages, with no guaranteed delivery date - not even for Christmas. No proactive communication, no compensation offered, just empty apologies.
When asked about delivery timeline, they couldn't provide any concrete information. Had to request a refund as there was no confidence in their ability to deliver. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Disappointed with Slow Processing

I placed order #15557 on 3rd December and promptly received a confirmation. However, as of now, the order is still awaiting processing and hasn’t been shipped. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since it was intended as a Christmas present. Due to the delay, it will not arrive in time, and I am extremely unhappy with the service. Poor communication and slow processing have completely ruined my experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

Worst company, no delivery, no comms, money lost

Ordered a product 11 days ago with shipping 3-5 working days. Repeatedly contacted them to ask where the order is, never had a response and tracker shows nothing has been shipped. Can't even get a response for a refund. Absolutely terrible. Never using them again

Don't waste your time

Ordered 12th December a Christmas present, website says delivery within 7 working days, after a week no dispatch notification so I emailed customer service, quick response and a refund, don't order from them as they have no stock and I am very disappointed that no gift for Christmas day.

Order never dispatched

Ordered on December 3rd. I chased on the 5th as had had no dispatch confirmation yet. Was told 5-7 working days. Heard nothing more by the 18th so emailed to cancel the order. They confirmed almost right away it would be cancelled and refunded. But it's too late now for me to order a replacement from anywhere else for Christmas.
Would be a 1 star review but gave 2 due to the quick responses from customer services.

Managed to find the item cheaper elsewhere with free next day delivery and now have it.

So it would be 1 star for fulfilling the order, but 5 stars for actually replying to my emails and promptly refunding the order.

Very poor service

Order placed on 3rd Dec - customer service told me all items are picked 5-7 working days from order. Now 11 working days and still not picked very poor service, refund requested hopefully that will be quicker.

One star is too good for this scam…

One star is too good for this scam company
Placed an order on 29/11 and no dispatch info received after emailing them and getting an email back just full of excuses and no solution or expected delivery date
Now they just don’t reply to emails
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
