What a scam. I paid a good price for a logo, took a long time just to get the first drafts, and it wasn't even that great, like they weren't listening to any of my request and make the most basic logo ever. I was really patient with then, but when time came to finalise it, all communication stopped. I tried contacting the designer for two weeks before going through the website where the one who responded asked me to pay again for the same service. No costumer service available at all. I raised a dispute with my bank. This website is a big scam. Believe me, don't even try.

Very unfortunately, this company have royally let me down.

They got in touch following a Bark request I submitted. Their turn around time was 24-48 hours, 8 logo concepts, multiple designers. I had to chase multiple times before I got half of the designs I had paid for. I then had to keep chasing to get any further ones, they didn't answer my calls or reply to my messages for days at a time. The logos weren't what I had asked for and looked like they had been AI generated rather than created by a group of designers, as per their pitch.

When I asked for a refund, they tried to say they couldn't refund VAT, that the designs had been revised, all of the excuses not to refund. It took hours of back and forth, screens shots, et all, for them to agree to a full refund. Their policy is within 30 working days, fine. Well, it's now at that mark and still no refund, and no communication.

Transaction began on 19 December 2023. It's now 27 February 2024 and I have just had to raise a dispute through my bank.

I had a brilliant chat with Alexander who really helpful, knowledgeable, & very patient. He gave me lots of good advice & suggestions, & I am planning a follow up call with him in 2 weeks once I’ve done more research…
