It really depends on who you get, I've had both positive and negative experiences. However, most recently my experience was extraordinary, the pharmacist really went out of her way to help me. Which w... See more
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Rapid Antigen Test…
I went to the Pearl Chemist in Earlsfield, London, expecting a qualified member of staff to give me a rapid antigen test, for which I had paid £29 via Private Corona Virus Tests. The young woman who saw me, who was very polite, informed me that she had no training in doing this type of test and that I would have to do it myself, which I did. I then gave her the stick and received a negative result about 30mins later. I paid £29 to be treated by a qualified member of staff and this didn't happen. If you want the test properly done, don't go to Pearl Chemist.
Let down the NHS and let down the fight against Covid 19
The Pearl Chemist is waste of time and money, I booked my second Covid 19 jab and was invited to attend the Pearl Chemist at the Memon centre at 7.00 p.m. today Sunday 30th may 2021. I arrived at 6.40 p.m. to discover the centre was shut and all boarded up. I was not the only person to be left without the much needed vaccine. There were 2 other people who were let down by Pearl Chemist in the Memon Centre. The real annoyance is that if there was a genuine reason they could not fulfil the booking they could have left a notice advising patients that they could get a vaccine at the Peepul Centre in Leicester without an appointment.
