Today I saw Amina at Pearl smile dentist in Bolton. I was extremely nervous going in, but as soon as I was seen into the room Amina made me feel so relaxed talked me through exactly what was going on and her dental nurse Mez was efficient and had a naturally calming nature. A fantastic pair. Thankyou Amina x

Shocking place.
Each time I went - I dreaded it, knowing I'd be berated & criticised right from opening the door. Reception is tiny & when sit down youll be berated for not standing up, I stood up & was chastised like a child for not sitting down. Go to counter, you shouldnt have. At other side of room ? You're berated for not going to counter. Supposed NHS charges are hidden & overcharged as private, if you request a breakdown youre aggressively told to find another dentist. Rebecca Adams a lovely dentist, having been complimented on oral health, yesterday told by another: hers & all other colleagues advice had been "wrong". There's discrimination & profiling going on, sneered at when you enter & then its hostility every time from then on. I had been trying too hard I should have gone elsewhere months/ years earlier, other dentists in the area have pleasant staff & enjoy the referrals from ex pearl smile customers. Save yourself a headache and toothache and go elsewhere - this dentist is like pulling teeth !! People don’t need the silly aggression & attitude from reception & support staff, just for attending a check up.
