Definitely would not recommend buying this product.
I ordered this expecting to have great results as this is what the advert says. The wax melts well as stated but you have to be quick applying as it dries very quickly and has a plastic texture, it's quite nippy removing but no hairs came of at all, I tried it on my leg and underarm. I have requested a full refund as it says its 100% guarantee refund if not happy. Still waiting on a response.

I found that this method of waxing was still really painful and messy so decided to return and was confident I would be able to easily return as there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I sent the kit back in March, after not hearing anything or getting anything in the way of a refund, I emailed customer services. I was relieved that a member of the Pearlwax team responded to me a few days later asking for me to confirm my full name and email address that I used to order it, that was 9th April. Since responding to the email I have heard nothing further and no money has been refunded into my account, even though I've chased multiple times. It has now been 3 months since I returned the parcel and I don't see me getting anything in the way of a refund. Just avoid!

The worst wax ever....it’s not sticking on the hair...it’s like a piece of melt plastic....never buying this again

Dont purchase. Waste of money. Wax is very bad quality, very plasticy. Wax breaks your hair.  I know how to wax and ended up with ingrown hairs with the product. Takes ages to wax legs as does not spread very well. Dont get sucked into money back guarantee as the shipping costs back to Denmark are ridiculous so not worth sending back. Awful awful product!!

Took 2 weeks to get my wax pot and when it turned up it had an European plug!!! I was never told that I would need to buy an adapter. So took me another 2 days till I could use it. Other than that it works well and pleased with removing hair

Was bought this for Christmas 2018 and was using it for under arms which worked just okay.. always had to pluck a load of hairs out after.. Put it in the drawer and forgot all about it after having a baby it wasn't important lol, decided to get it out again and try my legs, it pulled out absolutely 0 hairs and I followed instructions to the T.. I have read that people are complaining about the European plug and they seem to be blaming it on covid when this is not true because mine also come with an incompatible plug which I was not happy about in 2018 and nothing was done about it!

Ordered on the 13th May and arrived today so quite speedy shipping. Opened the box to find that the two extra bags of wax I had ordered weren’t in the box and my order wasn’t checked properly before shipping, have yet to hear back from the customer services team about this. However, I tried it out on my crazy jungle legs which have grown out during lockdown and the wax was really good and took the hairs right out and didn’t hurt as much as normal waxing! Came with a UK adapter and is a really good product, just takes getting used to in terms of how much wax to put on and the consistency of the wax.

Terrible customer service!

I have placed my order over a month ago. I have never received any updates. I have tried contacting them regarding this issue, unsuccessfully as I am being ignored. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY, their company is unreliable.

I ordered from pearl wax over 7 weeks ago now, nothing! They ignore my emails although it says they respond in 24 hours! They eventually replied saying they will send me a new product as mine must be lost, and they haven’t! Now I’m being ignored again

Extremely disappointed.
Also on the website says between 7-24 h delivery, i had to wait more than 2 weeks for the products. Waste of time

I haven’t been able to use the wax as the heater has a European plug.
Package arrived quickly so no complaints there but i think it’s very bad practice for a website ending in co.uk to be selling goods not suitable for UK use. Buyers be aware.

Great product. You do need a lot of pearls for the pot so the starter pack won’t go far. Hair came out very well and was pain free. When received plug was European so I had to buy EU to UK adapter...

First attempt at using this and I'm not completely sold...smelled lovely and was super excited to use...waited for the wax to melt. No problem. put the wax on my legs. no problem. waited for it to harden. no problem .....pulled it off and.....nothing...hairy legs remain...after a whole packet used up and not even one leg completed I gave up and used a razor...the aloe Vera gel is nice after though..🤷‍♀️

Made me cry it was that painful, made me bleed and came off in little bits not as a strip even after a thick application

It leaves a lot of hair behind, it takes very long.
Really the only upside is that it smells nice....
I don’t recommend it

It works really well and is just much more useful than shaving

Ordered my pearl wax machine 12 days ago, it still hasn’t arrived, the tracking for my parcel says it hasn’t left denmark...I have emailed the company twice in the last 4 days and heard nothing!!!! They have taken £60 of my money and I haven’t received my order or an email back...I understand that during lockdown things may be delayed, but no explanation for the delay when I have emailed twice is unacceptable....wouldn’t order from this company
