I needed help with figuring something out and Nick responded quickly and was able to help me resolve my issue!

Very stable and well maintained servers that work without any issues. We played a couple of intensive Minecraft modpacks and there was no lag.
They also offer many options for easily setting up the wanted version and api/modpack, which works out of the box.
What's even better, the prices are quite cheap, so the quality/price is ridiculously good.

Unprofessional, Rude, Smartasses. This is a few things I can say about the supervisor I spoke too. They was very rude, they wasted my time almost 24hrs because they failed to pick up my ticket, they failed to fix the 2nd problem and treated me to close my webservice. They said it is my fault the disk space got full and it was, but their fault too. No email notification, no message, no nothing. Management seems to care less. They will only care when they paychecks get affected. Due to privacy I will not say the supervisor's name I talked too.

I’ve been using PebbleHost for my Minecraft server, but my experience with their support has been extremely disappointing. When I encountered issues, such as an updater problem and a connection issue affecting only two players, their support team consistently shifted the blame to modpacks without properly investigating the root cause.

Despite providing detailed information, including logs and evidence of the problem, their responses were dismissive and deflected responsibility. Their suggestion to change the server environment—disrupting the four other players using it without issues—was impractical and unhelpful.

While I understand they don’t offer full modded support, dismissing legitimate concerns as "modpack problems" without meaningful troubleshooting left me frustrated and unsupported. This experience highlights their lack of accountability and willingness to assist with rare but valid issues.

I would not recommend PebbleHost for anyone relying on consistent and customer-focused support.

Amazing and fast support, Adam had a lot of different methods to try to help me out and it got the job done! I would definitely recommend this service.

I always had struggled finding good and helpful server hosts, now that I got recommended to play through pebble host the test had begon. I needed help setting up the modpack, I requested help through a ticket on their discord and got a response from Adam(the staff member who had helped me) within a good 20 seconds. He fixed the issue within a minute. He also helped me and recommended me certain things to optimise the server regarding lag. I never ever have experienced such good service!

I tried some of the more famous (and expensive) hosts. Pebblehost by far is the most supportive and stable hosts I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Decent support, all questions were answered. Slight problem with time, ranging from 10-30 minutes for a response but its hard to expect more with a server this busy. Only one mod was there the entire time, so thanks Nick!!! I think multiple people to assist would reduce wait time and come up with better solutions faster.
