Excellent service, reliable hosting, and support that actually gets things sorted. Had a hardware failure at an awkward time (weekend, of course), but they handled it well and gave a great amount of SLA credit. Can’t fault them for hardware being rubbish sometimes—what matters is how they deal with it, and they always do fantastic.

Would highly recommend. (But if you live in the UK, prepare for VAT! :P)

The support is always great anytime I have any problems with my server be it technical or just simple questions. Nick recently helped me fix a technical problem with my server crashing within 30 minutes of me messaging. The support time is amazing and the staff are super helpful

The prices on the budget plan seemed the best amongst the competition, but when i got to checkout, turns out that to get features that other hostings provide, you need to pay extra, REALLY extra. To get a possibility for installing modpacks: 4 dollars. To get an ip for your own: 5 dollars. Getting the performance that you paid for: 7.50 dollars. (15 on the premium plan). DDoS protection and backups? 1.30 dollars. After that, 6 dollars a month turns into 23.80. Feels like Ryanair with all these extra-paid features.

I have been using PebbleHost for like a year and i would say they have very low price, at first but then you have to pay for the basic features like DDOS protection, more Database and ect, its kind of sad that they said 1gb ram = 1$ witch is true on the low plan but It's just a tactic to get more customers since the low plan have limited features for a community server but a server to play on is great. I recommend it for community server on higher plans or just a server you and your friend want to play on. The UI are fantastique aside from one thing is that it wont display how many players are online on the console panel, for support at first they said i have to ask in the community forum support but what i figured is that in order to fix your problem faster is too understand it and what is the source of the problem then you ask support. Out of all the hosting company i would say this is the best in the market

So...I'm knocking a star off because the tutorials for PebbleHost that i came across were like 4 years old.
I thought it would be as simple as installing the preinstall and then the right client on my end, but for some reason it wouldn't work together for me...

But luckily, guys like Adam are willing to help get this shindig going. Appreciate him greatly for helping get my server set up.

They sold me a server that doesn't work. I submitted a ticket, but it's been unmanaged, and the problem hasn't been resolved after 7 days

the staff in the discord was extremely responsive, ive gotten extremely unlucky and got a server-node error and the mod @Thomas WAS AMAZING and responded in MINUTES

The staff helping was very understanding with my issue and solved it with minimal waiting time

Great & easy to use hosting service. Set my forge server up in less than 5 minutes, and support (shoutout homie Adam) was quick to reply to an inquiry I had.

If you have a issue with the server whenever it's a small technical question, plugins or a very complex issue.

The Support is always ready to help. I've had a hard time solving the Dynmap issue. The support checked the console, and saw a solution to the problem instantly! Plus the support is very nice and engaging with the issue, so it would not feel like you are talking to a bot!~

As somewhat of a complete and utter newbie to things like code and filesharing and the like, I can say with 100% guarantee that I would not have been able to get my server up and running without the help of the staff on the pebblehost server. Thomas was able to help me with what seemed like an impossible task in my eyes, and after hours of trial and error on my end, we were able to finally get things working.
