I brought my car from pebly beech in 2016 and have taken my car to them for my service and mot every year since then. The customer service is brilliant. Normally they keep my car alday but this time they were so quick I had my car back in 2.5 hours. Well done Pebley

I would have given a 5-star rating, but I encountered a few issues.
First, let me commend Craig—he was fantastic and addressed all my requests. However, my first mistake was viewing the car while it was wet, which caused me to overlook a couple of details. I did notice a crack in the front bumper, and I was assured it would be repaired before I collected the car. Unfortunately, it was raining again on collection day, but I made a point to check the crack—it hadn’t been fixed. Craig apologized and promised to contact me the following week to arrange for the repair, but he didn’t call. I followed up the week after, and he scheduled the repair for that Thursday.
On a drier day, I spotted a scuff on the nearside front that had been covered up with a touch-up paint. I emailed Craig asking if this could be addressed at the same time, and he confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. The results were nearly perfect, so full marks to the paint technician for a brilliant job.
I hadn’t driven much since getting the car back due to holidays, but when I did, I noticed that both windshield wipers were split and failed to clear the screen properly. This raised concerns that the multi-point checks I assumed were done during the pre-delivery inspection may not have been completed. It left me wondering what other issues might arise unexpectedly. To be fair, I called Craig, and he resolved the wiper problem the following day.
On a final note, I noticed there were 500 more miles on the clock than advertised. Since the car was supposedly just arrived when I first agreed to buy it, I suspect someone may have used it during the two weeks I waited for it.

Friendly service and simple transaction
Bought a used Hyundai and I'm happy with the car and the service, I feel confident in the dealership's ability to support me if there were any warranty claims etc. The process is a bit disjointed at times, I had a wasted trip to Chippenham to test drive a car which one of their other branches had taken away that morning, but overall it was pretty straightforward and I'm pleased with the outcome.

Friendly, helpful and efficient
We had agreement to take the car into the garage the day. Wrote the Devi e and MOT were due - which saved us driving into town through heavy traffic. Bit Service Manager and reception were friendly and helpful and the work was carried out efficiently and on time.
