Excellent Customer Service, great experience!

This was a great experience! I've printed with Peecho before, but this was the first time I contacted customer service due to a mistake I made in the quality of the file uploaded. The Customer Service rep Marina Satriano was so incredibly helpful, from stopping my order from shipping to actually giving me a coupon for the refund, AND guiding me through how to use it. She was super quick in her responses, and I'm excited to receive a high quality hard copy of my portfolio soon!

Super service!

Super service!! Ordered a print that never reached me thanks to PayPals default address. Even though I pointed out this very late I got quickly help and they just sent out the print again. So happy! Can really recommend!

Peecho provides not only solid beautiful printing options for your business, but is open to working with you to meet your specific website integration and brand deliverables with speed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone serious about global distribution print on demand services.

Amazing!

Amazing!! GREAT customer service, Marina was so efficient and kind and professional, seriously, couldn't be happier with how everything's is turning up. Had a problem with my delivery and Marina got it fixed IMMEDIATELY! 5 Stars no doubt!

Peecho has the worst customer service…

Peecho has the worst customer service ever. They don’t have a phone number and are very slow to follow up on emails. They make a great product but don’t order from them if you really need your product in a timely manner. If it doesn’t show up, there is no one to talk to and you’ll just have to order it super rush delivery from another service. Get a phone number and a customer service team Peecho!!!!

Never arrived

My order has never arrived to destination. 3 weeks after the order had been sent, I wrote an email to the customer service asking for the status of it. They told me they had sent it 3 weeks ago by regular mail, so it could not be tracked. They asked me to check my address and it was ok so they told me it should arrive soon. However it has passed one and a half weeks again and it has not arrived. They have not gave me any solution so I am still waiting for my order, for which I paid more than 30USD. I am very discontented with the postal service they offer. The person answering the mails was very kind but did nothing to solve my problem.

Customer service is a one way ticket only

I had a question about the Peecho services and they were nice enough to call me back.
However, the Peecho representative hardly listened to my question and repeatedly interrupted me as if she already knew what I needed.
When I told her that she was not answering my question, she had the gall to say that I shouldn't interrupt her!

This made the whole conversation a one way ticket, leaving me more confused (and frustrated) about what Peecho had to offer me. I would recommend Peecho to hire customer service representatives that are not on auto pilot, but employ representatives that listen to their clients and can explain their services in a clear and comprehensive manner,

Maybe Peecho has some great services to offer, but I will never know. I will definately not be working with this Company.

My Experience with Peecho | Costumer Service is non-existent

Please consider this as a review of Peecho's costumer service. I have not received the booklet and therefore, I am not eligible to discuss the production quality. Peecho avoids any interaction with the costumer whatsoever. Their chat box is fake, which is more annoying than not having one at the first place. There is absolutely no phone number on their website to contact the team, and they avoid responding to emails as much as possible. I had to contact them for an order and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. 9 emails, 9 confirmation that the email was received and somebody would follow-up, and at the end: I only received 1 very irrelevant response and never heard back from them again. So, if like in my case, the booklet has some significant consequence for you or your business, I recommend that you take your business elsewhere, or at least make sure you do not have to interact with Peecho.

AMAZING JOB & CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great customer service when my first delivery didn't arrive because I missed a unit number in my address. Peecho sent another copy without extra charge and the item finally came and I was also surprised by the excellent quality of the hardcopy! Welldone guys! Appreciate it! :)

I have had two books published by …

I have had two books published by Peecho and they were very high quality especially the one in black and white. no colour cast. very slight chroma on one page only of the duo tone book but not an issue. Good value and very prompt. Impressed. Charles

Book is very nicely done

Book is very nicely done, exceeding my expectations. Shipping was really fast too. I won inclusion in this book and received it as a prize. My next book I would definitely research the pricing and order from Peecho if pricing is competitive.
