Many features
Stories, followers, downloads, saved posts all together. i hate switching tools so this was perfect. layout clean too. waiting part was annoying but once account opened, everything flew. pages load fast now.

Peekviewer finally opened the private acct I needed but ngl the wait felt way too long. I was lowkey doubting it would even work but it did in the end. kinda mixed feelings but still helpful.

They have office routing from US to UK to other several countries if you research.

They tell you it can take up to 30…
They tell you it can take up to 30 days. They tell you the process is working. After 33 days of "In progress" - I see absolutely no process. They send out many messages that are obviously templates. They apologize, they tell you they understand your frustration. They tell you to be patient. They tell you their system is working, Instagram's security is difficult. They give you extra time on your subscription- what good is this if their system doesn't give you even a breadcrumb it works. They told me 21 days ago the system is downloading data off the instagram account, but they cannot provide any data to show progress. After 30 days, they offer to look at another account for free. This is worthless cause all they show you is "In progress" and string you along. They will respond this with a standard prewritten message they cannot find the account in question.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS ADVERTISING. THEY CERTAINLY HAVE NOTHING ADVERTISED TO SAY THE PROCESS TAKES UP TO 30 DAYS. I am opening up a BBB review in this conpany if it doesn't already exist.
