Scam site, doesn't work and refused to refund me.

This site is a scam and needs to be shut down. They advertise that they enable you to view a private Instagram account, but after months of waiting it still wasn't possible to view the account I was tracking.
They assured me that the time I spend waiting would be free but despite this assurance they then charged me a second time despite still making no progress on the account I was trying to view, when I asked for a refund for this they refused.
By this point things I no longer had any need to track the account so I asked again for a refund for what I was wrongly billed and a refund for the original amount I paid and they still refused both.
If this wasn't a scam and the website actually worked they wouldn't have any problem providing refunds when it didn't work and wouldn't trick customers into thinking continued membership would be free before billing them again.
I will therefore have to pursue legal options to get my money back as the service was clearly missing sold and was I wrongly billed again after being told in writing that it would be free until the service worked.

Scam site advertise something and give nothing at all.
Large to say prices and transactions are out of this world. I have requested a refund as it states in their policy and still haven't received it yet.
Hard not to put more than one star for these reasons

Actual humans in customer support!

It’s still my first day so the service is still ramping up, so far so good.

They don't warn you that they would…

They don't warn you that they would charge the full amount again for each additional account. Since the first account didn't work (they also don't warn you that the result isn't immediate), I tried two more random accounts and lost $558. They charge without warning and without your approval.
I requested a refund, since in the terms of service they promise to refund if you don't like the service. They refused, so I sent another email showing that they are being unfair. They are now ignoring me. The next step will be to take legal action and file a complaint with the FTC.

They refused all my requests, offering me a 70% refund for only 2 of the 3 charges. So here's a tip for you: report them to your credit card company. That's the only way I got my full money back.
And there's more: it's been over 30 days and I haven't been able to view any of the profiles. FRAUD
