I recently used Peepal Mortgages for the purchase of a new build property as well as remortgaging of an existing owned property and I couldn't be happier with their service! Kamal and team at the Swindon branch were great, even though I had a few issues along the way with my house search, they were able to accommodate to the changes and were extremely helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to all!

I rented a house off pea pal @ Ashford Kent and the costumer services is absolutely appalling. Left us in a house with no heating and no hot water for 5 days with 2 young children and 4 week old baby in the middle of the winter . Sent a plumber out and said he would be back the next day and never turned up and left us for another day without heating and hot water. So we will have to go to a hotel tonight as there is no out of hours to contact. And then on the day the plumber is ment to come around he calls and says he’s not well if you’re thinking about renting with these don’t bother.

I want to thank my Mortgage advisor Surakshya Rai who was very helpful and patient all through the process of buying my new home. She was very approachable and I could ask her any questions that I did not understand. Very good customer service even after I got my house keys. I highly recommend Peepal Mortgages!! I even paid for Lifetime service due to my positive experience.

Malcolm has been our estate agent through this process and when showing us the house he was never pushy or forceful - it made us feel like he cared about us wanting to find the right first home as opposed to just trying to push any sale for his or the company’s benefit. The replies were fast and he was a great link between us and the vendor.
