We bought the pillowcases as a gift for my mother-in-law as she has talked about the benefits for some time. Peep’s are beautiful and such lovely quality. But sadly, the whole experience of receiving a luxury product was let down by the poor packaging. I appreciate you can buy gift boxes separately, but any good quality high street gift comes in better packaging than this. Such a shame they don’t come in a box or wrapping that complements the product value.

Quick delivery. I ordered the pillowcase and eye mask set. Pillowcase washes very well. However I find the eye mask a bit too bulky. I sleep on my side and the edge of the mask is uncomfortable - I have to pull the mask across my face a little bit.

Unreliable & horrible customer service! Avoid if you can & Never deal with them!!! I've made a purchase for a pillow case and an eye mask on June 14th and never received the products! I have since tried to speak to their customer service: first of all it takes them forever to respond & they are absolutely useless. Didn't provide any real explanation all they said is items have been shipped, no further investigation with the delivery company or any kind of alternative solution. I have taken this up with my credit company now! AVOID AVOID AVOID! P.S. I got reply from Tro which looks like one of their Directors - Tro Manoukian according to company filings, if the most senior people are so useless no need to say more about the rest of the company.

They advertised their scrunchies as Large and for a significant amount of money. I purchased believing they were Large sized, however they were standard size and use the standard size hair ties inside. I asked for a refund and they initially responded to my email and then stopped. No answer, just being ignored. Horrible customer service!!

I absolutely love these pillow cases! I tried the rose coloured one's first and was so impressed, ordered the dark blue. They're so cool to sleep on, and it's true that they stop long hair getting all tangled up - that was the reason I bought them in the first place!
