Placed my order but then I wanted to change it slightly. Spoke to the company to arrange this and they have been so helpful. The customer service was excellent. So pleased with my items and had the best nights sleep. Definitely recommend.
Perfect nights sleep
This is a lovely high quality pillow and eye mask. My hair is long and it stops that haystack look when you wake up. I have never used an eye mask before and I love it. My bedroom is so light very early in the morning so this was perfect. It is soft and comfortable and it helps with dry eyes. I would recommend these products.
Item still not arrived
Placed an order for an eye mask on 10th June, chose the free shipping option which said it would be 3-5 days and that items are usually dispatched within 24hrs of purchase.
It’s now the 17th and when I click the tracking link in the confirmation email it says the product has still not even been dispatched! I sent an email asking for an order update to which I’ve had no response. I appreciate that covid can cause delays but there is no mention of that on the website or the confirmation of purchase email.
I sent another message through the form on the webpage just now asking for a refund but I doubt I’ll get a reply to that either.
Wish I had read the reviews before buying as looks like they are notorious for poor customer service!

Awful awful company-forget about exchanges
I just wanted a simple exchange as I had bought the silk bedding set.I had the bedding set delivered 21 April and requested an exchange 23 April via as per the website.
It has been way over a month and still no reply. The ‘customer service’ is abysmal. The other reviews mentioning the poor customer service are clearly accurate.
For such an expensive item a simple exchange is really not asking for a lot. The company requests you to email in for exchanges but doesn’t reply to emails. It’s a complete waste of time for me to email and be ignored. Clearly they use this primitive exchange system to deter people and ignore customers.
Very bad business practices. Terrible ‘customer service’. Would never order from here again and have told everyone I know to stay far away. It’ll be interesting to see if I get a reply now. It’s simply not good enough. Completely regret ever making a purchase.
Only order from here if you’re 100% sure you’ll never need an exchange. Peep silk do better.

Failure to honour promotional pricing and poor customer service.
Hi …. I just wanted to comment on what has, for me, been appalling customer service. I cannot comment on the quality of the product because sadly I have not had chance to assess it
My experience has been that I saw a promotion which offered 20% off as an introductory offer but 25% off if you bought two products. I attempted to order two pillowcases and an eye mask but upon checkout the discount applied worked out at only 20%.
I contacted customer service to point this out and the representative claimed no knowledge of the 25% discount saying they were only aware of a 22% discount and asked me to screenshot the promotion I was referring to and send it to them , which I did. I noticed that the following day they had removed this promotion from their FB advert but it was still showing elsewhere online. I was told it would be shown to the ‘powers that be’ and they would contact me back with an explanation. I’m still waiting after four days. I’ve sent them two further emails and the result is that they have stopped responding…. I still have the screenshot and the email thread and am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. I have now completely lost confidence in the integrity of this company and as a result no longer wish to support them by purchasing.
I see Peepsilk have now responded with some clarification as to their discount policies. Whilst I am very appreciative that they took the trouble to respond I feel that the courtesy of an explanation was all that I required at the outset. I genuinely wished to buy what amounted to two pillowcases with a mask, sending my first email to their customer services just after midnight on the Monday morning. In spite of me chasing a reply, it took them until the Thursday to respond, (and then only after I posted my review). I suggest therefore that in addition to improving their response times, they consider the wording on their promotions, as I am sure I cannot be the only potential customer who was left confused by their various (conflicting) adverts. Pillowcases.
I bought two pillow cases. One Rosehip and the other Earlgrey. Wanted quality, but not at a crazy price. These pillow cases appear to provide this. I have washed the Rosehip on a gentle wash and it seems fine. Have not used the Earl grey as it’s a gift for someone.

Silk Pillowcases
I’ve bought a pillow case and a sleep mask. Delivery was very fast and packaging was great. The pillowcase and eye mask are lovely and I do think they make a difference to hair and skin. They wash really well and even after I accidentally put a pillowcase in the tumble dryer it was fine. I am very happy with my purchases and have since ordered 2 more pillowcase and they are lovely.

Unprofessional customer service
Unprofessional customer service, deleting negative reviews on their website instead of investigating the issue. Got my pillow cases, the fabric creases a lot, left stains from the face cream and serum, even if I apply them 2-3 hours before bed time. It's washable, tho.
