We were very satisfied with the services of dmlights. Prices were competitive and we found what we needed. We bought a few products online and they arrived quite fast. Most importantly, one product was partially missing and after contacting the customer service, we got a response the next day with instructions and the new product arrived the day after. We also wanted to return another product, thus contacted the customer service and got quick and accurate instructions. We returned the product on their warehouse because was more convenient for us and got a confirmation that it was all in order later in the same day. Now, just waiting for the reimbursement (but instructions were clear on the timeline).

We had so many problems with local companies in the last months.... We should always measure how fast and serious companies resolve problems (problems may always happen anyways...) and here we got a responsive attitude. I am very satisfied and strongly recommend.

A couple of Philips Hue fair ceiling lights were bent, probably because of the arrangement in the package (the top direction of a single light should be aligned with the top direction of a package). I was able to fix the shape by hand. It's not perfect, but the errors cannot be seen once mounted on the ceiling. Other than that I'm satisfied.

Super good, great team who respond fast and are quick to solve warranty problems. I will use again and will recommend to friends.

I have had a great experience with DM lights. For the two orders I made, both arrived quickly with great communication about tracking. A screw was missing from one light and Jolanda in the Aftersales department acted quickly and went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely order from here again!

I have purchased lighting from DM Lights on a few occasions and have had a consistently excellent service. They are very prompt to respond to questions and provide advice, and the shipping is quick even though we are on the other side of the world. Buying from DM Lights has saved us money and made lighting shopping easy.

We purchased E30,000 worth of lights from DM Lights for our new house.

First, the order for our lights was delayed 10 weeks with no communication or apology from DM Lights. Warning signal #1.

In the order was 48 Bel Lighting Wally XL exterior wall lights

Despite being expensive light that claimed an IP rating of 67, ~80% of the lights installed all leaked and shorted out. Major product defect.

After two services by a qualified electrician, we sent off extensive video and photo evidence to DM Lights. They then proceeded to muck us around for 4 weeks and eventually requiring us to return the lights back to Belgium. Having paid 15% custom duty and E3,000 in delivery costs this is simply not feasible. In any regards we can not wait several months to get new lights (48 in total)

DM Lights are arrogant, poor communicators and offer ZERO after sale services for their defective products. AVOID.

I ordered a Philips Hue floor lamp and when it arrived it was bent. I received a no quibble replacement and I was very pleased with this hassle free service.

Great customer services, specifically communication with an issue we had (not with them, the manufacture). Great price. 1/2 of what i would have spent in the USA. So refreshing to have a great online experience.

Excellent service from DMLight, I'm very happy with the Hue Ensis I ordered from them. It was surprisingly fast shipping to New Zealand, and the light was well protected and packed.

Perfect experience. The delivery was seamless and speedy.

Supplier has good range of lights; however, there are two major issues that amount to false advertising / misselling in my view:

- Delivery timescale is unpredictable (and there is no information on the website on how long any particular delivery will take) - on one of my orders, I had to wait for over a month to get items delivered
- The company is based in the EU, which post Brexit means there are custom duties payable on the orders. These duties are not mentioned anywhere on the website (which makes it look as if the company is based in the UK) and only get mentioned when the items have already been shipped

Would recommend to avoid this supplier based on this.
