Fran has been fantastic throughout the whole process and made it really simple and easy for me to go through. As with all finance companies in the UK, Pegasus Finance is tightly regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, this is to protect consumers, such as yourself. The FCA have very strict guidelines around affordability, and it sounds like in your case, these regulations meant that you could not afford 100% of the amount you applied for. In these cases we will offer a percentage of the application amount to see if that would be of use, whilst remaining compliant. It is not us being awkward; it's being compliant in the eyes of the law.

Most importantly they found the best interest rate for us (looking for a motorhome finance deal). Lauren provided excellent service from start to finish: telephoned us back when she said she would, walked us through the full process and was very patient when we suffered from bad telephone reception.
