Great Customer Support
I had recently moved, and had not updated my Apple Pay shipping address, which auto-populated. I failed to notice this until it was too late, and I notified Pela of the issue; their communications from that point forward were fantastic! The package was eventually forwarded by the postal service, I loved both phone cases, and was left impressed by the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Pela to anyone looking for a high quality, environmentally friendly alternative to other phone cases on the market!
Environmentally and customer focused
Not only do they care about the planet, but their customer support is top notch, A-1, superb. The cases themselves are sturdy and lovely to hold, but when I had trouble with one, they immediately replaced it. I sent a few photos of the damage and they sent back options to replace it. I misread the promotion and when I received my Pela products in the mail, I felt confused and disappointed. I reached out and was put in touch with a customer representative by the name of Williet. They were not only a great communicator but they were kind and generous. They understood the miscommunication on my part and provided a great solution. I will always use Pela Case for my phone and recommend them to others.

The pela case is great. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the cases didn't fit my phone. Customer service was great in assisting me to get that fixed.

Lots of choices
Lots of choices. My husband thinks there should be more masculine choices. He's not a sports fan or a fisherman, but still would like more choices. Took longer to come, but that’s ok since I know they come from Canada. Love your company ethics. Glad for the 2 for 1 sale.
Case broke + they allowed me to pick my replacement!
I ordered my first 2 pela cases last summer. Unfortunately, in about 6 months, the one I had been using began “falling apart.” It had a hard backing and the rubber black ridge around the edge of the case. The hard backing came unglued and began popping out of the rubber siding. I left a review with photos, and pela responded promptly. They offered a solid colored replacement case (whichever color I wanted) at no charge. I already picked out my next cases from them that I planned to eventually get, though, and I asked if I could possibly get one of those instead, since the one I liked was the same price as the one that fell apart. They agreed with no hesitation, and sent me my new case! They were very patient, kind, and helpful. They also responded very quickly via email communication! Their help was so appreciated, and I will definitely remain a loyal customer to them. 💜

Delivery issue - sympathetic resolve
Offering options for their products is great and fun to shop for. I would really like the processing and shipping to take less time, however, customer support was great and did their best to rule out what the issue was.
Hope my package doesn't get stolen...
I made my purchase with the confirmation email saying that it would take 2-7 business days to process at which time I would get the shipping info. After 10 business days, I contacted them and they said there was a delay. After another 2 days, it finally shipped and will arrive tomorrow, when I need to leave town for a family emergency. The purchase will then sit on my porch where we'll *hope* it doesn't get stolen all because Pela either lied about the timeframe, couldn't care less to communicate a delay, or were too unorganized and lost/forgot an order.
