This was my 2nd experience shopping at Pelikan Pens, and, based on those 2 experiences, more are to follow. They remained in communication with me during the process to ensure that the product I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. When one of the items was backordered, they contacted me immediately to let me know and to ask if I wanted to continue to wait or purchase a suitable replacement. I wish all my shopping experiences were so enjoyable!

So much better than all the high street brands give them a go and you won't be disappointed!

Order promptly dispatched and promptly arrived. This pen is superb. First Pelikan I've had and it is a joy to use. I have only one issue - the packaging. The pen came in a faux leather pouch, complete with imitation wax (plastic) seal, think it was meant to look like a degree scroll. This was inside a "wooden" box with a cardboard lid, and the whole lot in another cardboard box. A small plain cardboard box sufficient to hold the pen would have been adequate. If the pen were being given as a gift, that extent - and type - of packaging might be appropriate. As I was buying the pen as a working tool the pouch and box are now simply so much clutter. Could purchasers visiting your website get to select the packaging in the same way as they select the nib, in a dropdown box? Suggested packaging options could be "Utilitarian", "Understated", "Posh"and "Ridiculously Posh". Love the pen though. Regards - Don

I have bought two pens online from this outfit and each time I have been met with friendly staff who keep me up-to-date about my order. Telephone conversations are professional, friendly and helpful. The staff have good manners and courtesy which is hard to find in any retail these days. Products are as described and delivered quickly using good couriers. They have a smashing range of Pelikan pens and a variety of ink and accessories. The management have a good attitude and overall I would highly recommend buying from here.

Really good products from Pelikan, not cheap but excellent quality. Probably will last a lifetime. Pelikan Pens UK despatch promptly, goods are packed well.

I bought a Pelikan ballpoint refill expecting better quality than normal but it was no better than the Parker refill it replaced. Disappointing.

The new Pelican Ruby Red is stunning and the Niche Pen service is very quick (as usual).

I had promised myself a new fountain pen for many years and looked at the Montblanc 146 then I discovered Pelikan by accident whilst searching e-bay, after some research I decided Pelikan was the better option. I went for the M600 thinking it would be the best size and balance me being a leftie.

I ordered ink and a pen holder. Both were despatched quickly and received in perfect condition. Both very good value.

Only thing that makes this not a five star review is that the order confirmation said I would be notified of despatch. As I ordered over a weekend, I was disappointed not to get notification on the Monday and then expected a wait. But I was delighted that the goods arrived on the Tuesday, despite no despatch notification.

I will certainly place more orders in the future.

After months of trailing round the shops for what I wanted, PelikanPens delivered within twenty four hours. I really can't fault their service.

I have purchased in two orders ink and an M805 from Pelikan Pens and had impeccable service both times. The M805 was with a standard B nib, which was customised by Matt at Pelikan Pens to give me a narrower version of the gorgeous, but very wide, IB nib. This has given me a pen which has most of the style of the IB, but which will allow a higher writing density and also enable me to enter data onto worksheets and forms with panache!
