I have several pens, but I have heard that Pelikan pens are special so I took the plunge and ordered one last week. It arrived the next day and is a delight. I bought another, with a different nib, this week. I cannot recommend this company, and Pelikan, highly enough.

Customer service and speed of delivery is second to none. The best pens, ink, and paper one could wish for.

I wanted a fountain pen and was not sure which nib would be best for me so I called for some advice and they offered to send me a couple to try out to choose. Wish more places gave this level of attention and help.

There are always interesting products on the site, for all pockets. Ordering is easy, and delivery is quick. I had on bottle of ink that was broken during transit, which was replaced without quibble. I'm getting my kids into using "proper pens".

I ordered a bottle of Pelikan Edelstein Ink, and recieved it 2 days later. The bottle arrived quite safely packed. Excellent website, will be visiting again soon!

Sevice like it used to be before profit came before people. I ordered the R600 and wished I'd ordered the M600. I rang and spoke with Ross, who sent the M600 exchange, even before I had sent the original order back.

Quick service, free advice the same people answer the phone all the time, and they will even try a nib for you before they send it, what else can I say?

I would not buy a pen from anywhere or anybody esle
