Dear Sir, All the final sale shoes , we have final sale no return or exchange in red writing bold in description, at the checkout and the final step... its very hard to miss if you look, the shoe you purchased has is in bold next to style of the shoe its part of the style when you click on it.... wonder how you could miss it....

I ordered a pair of shoes as a final…

I ordered a pair of shoes as a final sale item. However the shoes didn’t fit. I requested to do an exchange using the online form but it was rejected. Thankfully when I called the customer service number and explained the situation, they allowed me to send the shoes back and swap them for a larger size. The shoes fit perfectly and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Shoes color your style

For me, shoes is the main objective when we talk about styles. I prefer wear different shoes, it depends not only on the weather outside, but also it depends on my total look. Thus, I got used to visit shoe stoes or acqiore some pairs online. I'm not fond of buying shoes online, nevertheless sometimes I have such a mood to buy shoes online. I was really happy with the service which this shopr offers. There are pretty responsive client support managers who can help you with everything. If you want to find out whether some new pairs of shoes are coming, nevermind, just ask client support.

I like the follow up call

I like the follow up call. I thought I ordered the matching belt, but the representative knee that it did not match the shoes. She called me before shipping it and saved my disappointment. Great foresight.

your order was placed on 9-9 at 7:27 PM Est and the shoes were shipped on the 10th , you picked the priority Mail as your shipping option which is the cheapest form form of shipment that we offer and it doesn't have any guaranty on delivery date.
our staff did a excellent job in processing and shipping your order really fast which they don't deserve one star for something that is out of their hand.

I placed an order for a pair of dark…

I placed an order for a pair of dark brown Paraboot Chambord. Paraboot runs UK sizes and I wear a size 9 US which is a size 8uk so I placed an order for a size 8 ( ie 8 UK ). A few days later I got an email from them to specify if I meant an 8UK or US to which I responded an 8uk (or 9 US). But my issue with them is I did not hear back from them for about two days and when I called I was blamed for ordering the wrong size. I responded by saying Paraboot uses UK sizing so I ordered my paraboot size (ie UK) and the lady was quite rude and retorted they only use US sizes. But no where did i see on their website that the sizes are US sizes. Then she says they don't have a size 8 UK (9 US) so the order was canceled. Ofcourse mistakes and misunderstandings do happen and are part of everyday life. But I did not appreciate the attitude of the lady on the phone. I am trying to make a purchase and there is a mix up with the sizing and instead of her saying something like sorry for the mix up etc she attacks me for ordering the wrong size and so on. Through what kind of magic was I supposed to deduce that they converted the size to US because I can see sizes but no where does it say they are US sizes. Different brands have different sizing. Anyway, I got my refund and I will not be shopping with them in the future.

Right above this email is my original review to which they responded below. I wanted to respond to their response but I couldn’t so this is it below:

My order was placed on Sept 1, right before 2pm CT.
You responded on Sept 3 at 1:30 pm CT about the sizing issue. “ We received your order and wanted to make sure, The sizes on our website are US sizes , You ordered a size 8US which is 7 Paraboot Please confirm”. So you did not respond within 24 hours as you purport
I responded on the same day on Sept 3 at 11:47PM. “Thanks doe getting back to me. I wear a size 9 US hence a size 8 UK (or Paraboot).”

My order was neither processed nor did I get an email nor phone call from you, so I called you on Sept 6 at 12:42 PM CT (you said I called after a day which once again is inaccurate) to inquire about the status of my order very politely, and the person who responded was rude and blaming me for not ordering the right size, and I told her that I received an email about it and I had already replied with my size. I wouldn’t mind having a copy of the recording.

By the way there are lots of US based site who do not convert size so as someone who owns paraboot shoes bought online before I assumed the sizes are paraboot sizes becait is not clear to me that your website converts sizes. And to me, this is not an issue; misunderstandings do happen. My issue is the way your representative responded to me when I called to inquire about the status of my order.

Our website is US based site and all the sizes on our site are US sizes, we carry different brand with different sizing , to make it easy for are customer all sizes on the site are US sizes, you ordered a size 8US our customer service emailed you within 24hours to make sure you ordered correct size which you responded that you need a size 9, the Paraboot in the color you ordered is not available in size 9 so your refund was being process, you called after a day (we have recorded conversation) that why we are not shipping your shoes when you were reminded of the emails you had with customer service about the sizing , you got angry and insisting of ordering correct size and ....
Sorry you didn't like our customer service response , But the only thing she was explaining to you was that our sizes are US sizes and what you need is not in stock.
We value our Us customers and want to make shopping experience easy for them not to worry what brand uses what sizing and be able to order their normal american size.

Hi, Sorry you think inside the shoes are uncomfortable, these are all leather elegant European dress shoes, which don't have extra cushions inside, so if you are not to these type of shoes you will find them uncomfortable at first .
