you sent the wrong color
you sent the wrong color. I ordered brown shoes; you sent black. However, I love the shoes – they are very comfortable, but I really did need brown shoes. Other than this, I would've given five stars!

I ordered shoes that were advertised as crocodile but, were cheaply made shoes. When called to return the item the representative was very dimmisive. He stated that they never said the shoes were genuine, but on the contrary they were not!

The shoe you purchased its a one piece tuxture calf skin lace up, the shoe is not crocodile and no where in our website its advertise as genuine crocodile, maybe because of finish and texture you assumed its a crocodile shoe, but its not something we advertise or sell it under.

I KNOW THE SHIPPING COMPANY MAY HAVE DONE THIS BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED WITH A OUTER BOX TO PROTECT THE BOX AND SHOES. THIS WAS A LIMITED ITEM AND I COULD NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF LIMITED SIZES AVAILABLE. I AM SO GLAD THE SHOES DID NOT GET DAMAGE. PLEASE PACKAGE MORE CAREFULLY FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS.
