Don’t fall prey to their marketing

The product is just junk. Looks good in the photos in their marketing but when it arrives you’ll see. Returning it is a joke. They tell you it needs time to get to form. You give it time. Then life gets busy and you forget to broach the return again and you’re a few days past their return window. Then you throw them out. They got me. Don’t let them get you.

Great company with great products

I ordered a Pelsbarn bed for my toy breed dog. It’s so deep he disappears into it (a good thing). It’s so luxurious!!! I will definitely order more products from this company. They have raised the bar for high-quality dog accessories. And they support animal shelters, too!!

Frenchies favorite blankets

I never knew that there were dog blankets/beds that calmed our Frenchies. Piper is always so wound up at night until she gets blankets on the couch. She calms down right away and falls asleep.

I messed up my order

I messed up my order, but they didn’t blink an eye. They adjusted it and sent what I really needed for our 14 year old fur baby.
I never wondered what was going on, either. They were constantly updating me.
As long as we have a fur baby, we’re SOLD on this company. I absolutely LOVE what they do, and our girl’s bed is exceptionally made.

Bought the beds to protect my couch


Bought the beds to protect my couch. Granddogs love them! Order was received quickly and accurately. Communication was really great throughout process. Also love helping pound puppies since my granddogs were both rescues!

A sort of happy ending

I previously left a pretty scathing review for Pelsbarn, due to the most exasperating customer experience I have ever had. It revolved around a product that I ordered from them that stalled in the delivery process. The company was unable to tell me where the package was, or when I would get it. This went on for several weeks.

Our of sheer frustration, I filed a chargeback claim with my bank. About two weeks later, I received notice the package was coming. I no longer wanted the product, and was ttold to refuse delivery of the package and they would refund my money. The package arrived while I was away. Then I was told I couldn't return the package because I had filed a chargeback claim.

After a lot of back and forth, my issue was finally resolved. Pelsbarn allowed me to return the product - they even paid the return postage costs - and they worked things out with my bank. The end result is I finally got my refund.

While my issue was resolved, I went through a lot to get it to that point. The company has two customer service reps who are not empowered to offer any satisfaction to the customer without checking with the higher ups. This I think is a mistake. The woman I spoke with did her very best, but her hands were tied.

For a company that does so much good for shelter animals, they don't do a whole lot for their customers.

Dang it they were right!

My ordered shipped very quickly. I wasn't sure how great these beds really were until I put them on my couch. My dog immediately hopped up and snuggled in. Loves it. It's everything they said and more. The best part is they help ither dogs in need to be comfortable and feel loved.

Pelsbarn has a great car seat for my dog.

Pelsbarn emailed me with up to date information about the progress on shipping my dog’s car seat to me.
When the car seat arrived yesterday, I put my dog into the seat on the floor of my living room and she was very happy with her new car seat. I think it will give us miles of smiles. Thank you Pelsbarn!

Great product, Great customer service!

We ordered the luxury car beds for our new puppy, and we are THRILLED with them! Knowing that he is happy and safe allows us the comfort to be able to take him everywhere with us! We had a little snag with delivery, but their customer service team was beyond helpful. Aurela and Jessy were quick to respond and stayed in communication until the issue was resolved.
Coming from someone who was in customer service for 20+ years, I can say we felt truly valued as a customer, which is rare these days!

customer service - car seat

I was hesitant to order the car seat as they are kind of expensive - but when they had a buy one get one at a good % off I went for it! Waited for the package and was VERY pleased with the quality - but there was only one! So I doubted my understanding of the order - but I reached out for clarification!! I heard back in about an hour with an apology and explanation that the warehouse had made a mistake and a 2nd one was on the way! I came today and they are great! So pleased with the product and customer service!

Love this Car Bed!

Our luxe car bed arrived in a timely manner with clear installation instructions. The overall quality of this product is simply outstanding. Our little Cavapoo loves the softness and it looks great in our car. She curls up as soon as she’s in it and takes wonderfully long naps while we’re on the move. It’s so great to know she can be with us and be safe and comfortable!
