I love this shop. The owner is knowledgabe, helpful and often goes above and beyond for her customers. Allmthebstaffvwork hard to make the hair loss/ alternative hair journey a little less daunting and more accessible. The products on offer are high-quality and varied with lots of support and advice given.

I cannot recommend Peluka Salon enough. From start to finish they have been such a wonderful service. Francesca is an absolute sweetheart and really took the time to understand what I wanted, even when I didn't know myself. I now have the most beautiful hair that suits me to perfection! It has gone from hair that I couldn't wear to hair that has given me so much confidence, I honestly can't thank her enough! The colour work is perfection! I will definitely be using Peluka Salan again in the future.

If I could give more stars I would, I was recently left without a hair topper as my other one with another company had a fault. I contacted Fern and she went above and beyond to provide me with another and coloured it perfectly. Turnaround was so quick and she was in constant communication with me from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this company and I will be back for sure, thank you

Francesca is brilliant - my only fault is the fact that you have to pay duty to Ireland which makes the pieces expensive - My other advice would be if you know the colour from a particular brand that you like and suits you, don't go by the colour on the website as this can be very misleading - I recently bought Cinnamon Brown (Ellen Willie) and although it looks like Mocca Rooted, its nothing like it. If you buy sale items they can't be returned - so you need to know your colours.

Excellent service as always! Although my purchase was slightly delayed,(not the fault of the company) I was kept up to date at all times and a thoughtful and totally unexpected small gift added to my package.

I've been to quite a few hair specialists but I've never encountered someone like Francesca and her husband in the Peluka Salon in Essex. I had an appointment with Peluka on 21st August 2021. She was generous with her time, with her expertise and above all else with her humanity in how she treated me and her husband shares these qualities too.
