I purchased the rare Omas Aventador from Penbox, and Steve was very helpful and prompt in reserving the pen. His prices are very reasonable, especially if you are looking for specific editions. The Omas I ordered came promptly and was very well packed. I would strongly recommend this shop for their eclectic collection as well as excellent customer service!

I damaged an expensive pen nib many years ago and tried without success to find a replacement nib. Purchased in the 1980s the pen and replacement parts were almost impossible to source. Even the manufacturer couldn't assist.

Pen Box were very helpful and had a new replacement stub nib in stock that was actually better than the fine nib originally supplied with the pen.

I needed a replacement nib for my Waterman Exception FP, which are very hard to find. Penbox had one for a very reasonable price and shipped it to the US very quickly. Excellent service, the nib writes beautifully, and someday I hope to visit the store in person!
