Avoid this company at all cost. Sadly I, amongst many others have fallen into their trap. After sales and refunds are non existent. Very disappointing service. Shame on you Pendany for falsely luring customers.

Awful company , just received clothing I ordered 29 th march after threatening them with legal action . Clothing quality is really bad ! Waste of money !

After ordering and then reading reviews on this site I became very concerned and resigned myself to the fact I had lost my money and would never receive my goods. I cancelled my card as I thought it may be compromised and thought no more. However, I have since received my order and the clothes were fantastic, yes they have taken an absolute age to arrive and missed my holiday but I honestly do not think this is a scam site. Patience is key and I think most of these reviews have been written quite soon after ordering and chasing. I probably won’t order again as I do prefer items to arrive a lot faster but that’s the only reason.

I received my trousers five weeks after I ordered them. They are beautiful and are worth the money. The customer service was outstanding. I must say you have to wait a while, but they do arrive.

SCAM!! stay away. Items will not be sent to you.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star , 🤬 I had a reply from a lady called Fanny saying that the trousers is ordered where a popular item and may take longer!!
No communication , Iv asked 3 times for a refund but nothing!!
Surely there is grounds to take this further?l

I really liked this outfit on tictok and orderd it it came after 3monthes and it was nothing like wat was shown by their model the material was some cheap crinkle and the colour which I chose was totally different when I wore it after a couple of hours the treads start coming out by looking at the outfit if someone else was to see it it would seem that I have had it for a few years and I have completely worn it out I emailed them and asked them to take it back and send me a replacement but all I am getting is stupid % off I wish I read the reviews before but the way they have advertised their products on tictok it seems like a nice company with really nice elegant pieces of garments but they are scammers keep away plz do not order from them

Never received my order…. Fobbing my emails off with £5 voucher if i wait…. Ive now requested a refund 3 times and now being ignored!!!!!
I am down £33 !!!! AWFUL SCAMMERS!!!!

I put the below on on 18th may. Finally i got a response from the company and they said they would issue a refund. Still not received a refund and have now stated they have a issue on there system issuing refunds

Do not touch ordered an item on 28 March, still not received, requested a refund and get asked to wait a little longer Offered a voucher for £5 if i wait i have still not received a refund and not received the items. Stay away and save yourself the hassle.

All I’ll say is I wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this company. I seen the advert on TikTok and they are Absolute scammers. I’m not £65 down for items I never received. I’ve emailed them many times and I am sick of being told be patient when I’ve waited 6 weeks for my order. I have gone through PayPal now to try and get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from here

After 3 months, no items were received so I asked for a refund. No refund has been received either after being promised within 5-7 days. Don’t buy, it’s a scam.

I ordered from this company too at the beginning of April, still haven’t received item, emailed them to request a refund with no reply, then I get an email to say item is on its way! I’m still waiting, worst company ever!! I guess I’ve learnt the hard way.

Do NOT buy from this company. Waited weeks and when the outfit arrived they had sent it in blue when I had ordered a grey/green colour.
I checked their refund policy and then contacted them. What a palava! Basically they offer a 15% refund and gradually work up. I pointed out it was their mistake. They pointed out that for me to return item would
Cost me 20USD! Interestingly they had charged me £5.00.
I have copied their email to show where I am at with them as have raised with PayPal.

Waited 14 weeks for delivery, the outfit was nothing like the model was selling. Cheap awful material, wrong size with no communication from their customer service!! Awful company, Tik Tok needs to ban all advertising of their products immediately.

Unfortunately the same situation as many others.Long wait for dress and chased twice. £5 offered instead of an exchange for a bigger size and told to gift it to someone it will fit! No returns address, I have reported to Tik Tok. Money gone

Waited weeks for clothing, never arrived. Contacted company who offer voucher to spend if you wait. Asked for refund, advised they would issue in 5-7 days. Waited, nothing. Contacted again, advised they will ask manager to prioritize refund, still nothing. Contacted my bank and got refund next day. What an awful company.

Do not order from this company!! Placed an order 2 months ago and still not received my items. Ask for refund and just bring palmed off.

I ordered something over 7 weeks ago and have still not received the item, I have written and asked for delivery dates, and requested a refund and just keep getting the same automated email that no one responds to me.

Do not buy from this company, I bought a pair of combat trousers waited a month for them when they arrived they were made of the cheapest, shiniest material that cost me £28!!!! These were advertised on Tik Tok!! After contacting the seller for a returns they basically offered me $5 to spend on their website DO NOT ORDER waste of time and money a disgrace!!!!!😡

Awful quality and incorrect sizes. Poor customer service, they should be prevented from trading to the UK. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
