Is anybody there?

Paid 5 pounds ( ! ) postage for 3 pairs of boxer shorts, 6 days ago. No sign of being despatched, let alone delivered.

UPDATE 16/01/24 - still no dispatch or reply to two emails.

Don't order from this site if you're a fan of getting things that you've paid for.

Disappointing..

Orderd a hoodie on 5th January, it is now the 12th and I have still had no notification of despatch. No response to my email enquiry either. Very disappointing!

Penfield have been exceptional

Penfield have been exceptional - especially in the face of DPD sabotaging/ losing parcels on such an impressively regular basis. Huge thanks to Qasim in customer services for dealing with my endless moaning…
And the fleece is great too!

Hoodie sale

Bought hoodie in the sale advertised just before Xmas.
Estimated delivery date was after Xmas but arrived on 24th Dec.
Only placed order on 22nd and how this item arrived when it did was amazing .
Service second to none.

Paid extra for it to arrive on 23rd…

Paid extra for it to arrive on 23rd December for Xmas present. Still hasn’t arrived. Company kindly responded and gave me refund of extra postage that I paid. Great customer service. Thank you
